We loved this tour. Our guide, Anna Olafsdottir was so knowledgeable and our tour was well planned and took us to all the sights that we wanted to see. And she was very accommodating by doing exactly as we wanted and needed. A very comfortable minivan was the vehicle.

Sefan was a great guide. Told us about the elves and elf rocks. Showed us all the sights and places to eat. Very entertaining and had a great grasp of language and history of Iceland and their relationship with neighboring countries

We would give this tour 10 stars if we could! Gudni was an EXCELLENT tour guide and showed us so much of Reykjavik and gave us so many insights into the life of Icelanders. He took us to so many different places in the city and in the countryside. This tour was FABULOUS. Gudni went over and above to make this a truly memorable experience!

Kevin was great to work with when setting up the adapted private tour for our group of 17. We were able to combine the Folklore and Food Tours for a lovely afternoon getting to know Reykjavik. Oli was a great tour guide, incredibly knowledgable and delightful to talk to. We really enjoyed getting to know him and hearing about a variety of experiences and his folklore knowledge.

We were able to personalize the tour. However the communication with their main office was very poor. My emails were responded with someone will contact you. Even said who would. And no one did. The driver said he did get my email and was aware of our requests. We did have other questions/needs that were never answered. This was not the drives fault nor was it ViatorTour’s fault. They also reached out to the company. It was the local tour company.

We had a great driving tour of Reykjavik. Bo was an awesome tour guide; he showed us all of the sights we wanted to see and even found us a restaurant that had something for everyone in our party. Working to customize the tour with the company was also easy. Highly recommend!

The weather made the tour a challenge (and I’m Midwesterner!) but Einar was great. We dipped into doorways and other protected areas. The key to cold weather is dressing in layers, gloves, and a hat. Wear comfortable shoes.

Had a tour with Hana who was excellent. She tried very hard to accomodate us and it was great to hear her comments about the city. She was on time and did a fantastic overall job...could not have more pleased.
