Your professional guide will pick up you at your city hotel or other downtown area at your preferred time. Upon meeting, spend few mins to discuss with your guide the places you need to visit. As exclusive private tour, your itinerary is flexible and can be 100% customized around you. Following is the sample itinerary and you are welcome to tell your guide if need make adjustment during the tour. Typically, your exclusive half day tour begins a walking along the beautiful China town "Old town" bazar, here enjoy exploring the “Qing Dynasty” ancient town, walk along nine-lucky bridge, stroll along Shanghai Old Street and appreciate the beautiful ancient Chinese architecture and colorful local arts, crafts and more. You may enjoy some fun souvenir shopping and sample best street food here.
Yu Garden (Yuyuan)
Next, pay the visit to the 500-year old Yu Garden (Closed on every Mondays, can replace other site at Jade Buddha Temple or French concession based on your interests),follow your guide to explore the ancient garden built with artistic designs, tranquil chambers , see the famed dragon wall and unique rockeries ,immerse yourself in the picturesque pavilions dotted with ponds in the lush greens while learning the rich culture and history from your expert guide.

5.00Absolutely fantastic day with Sammi my tour guide! I booked the half day with private car and lunch, and it was worth every penny. We toured the old city, the Bund, Oriental Pearl tower, Shanghai tower and more. I'm Canadian and this was my first time to China. I learned so much about Shanghai history and Chinese culture from my guide. She was friendly, energetic and very knowledgeable. We drove in a luxury vehicle from spot to spot, and we enjoyed a delicious Shanghai style lunch. Book Sunny Tours with confidence; very clear communication and an excellent tour!

5.00Our guide Sammi met us at the hotel and gave us a great short tour of Shanghai. Shopping at Old Town, remember to visit the antiques market downstairs and bargain hard. The Bund and its history, the Temple of the Two Jade Buddhas. For a quick intro to the cities sites this is the tour to take.

5.00I did another private tour with Annie today in Shanghai (4 hours), and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Since I toured with her previously in Suzhou, I already knew she was amazing—and once again she exceeded every expectation. She took me through the beautiful Yu Garden, introduced me to some delicious fresh confections, and arranged everything seamlessly with our private driver. We headed up the Shanghai Tower for those incredible skyline views, and even squeezed in a quick stop at a Bose store so I could pick up new headphones.
