The peak is accessible by the Peak Tram, a historic cable car that takes visitors on a steep and scenic ride up to the top, or by foot for those who prefer a more challenging hike. At the top, visitors can enjoy a range of attractions, including restaurants, shops, and observation decks. The most popular attraction is the Sky Terrace 428, a 360-degree viewing platform that provides visitors with a stunning bird's eye view of Hong Kong. The terrace is located on the rooftop of the Peak Tower, a striking building that features unique architecture, shopping, and dining options.

Jacky provided us with a fabulous Hong Kong city walking tour. He met us at the cruise ship terminal and used an Uber, cable car, tram and subway for us to experience our port stop in an efficient and local way. He pointed out historical highlights as he uncovered picturesque views and bustling market scenes for us to enjoy. Jacky was personable, engaged and very knowledgeable. We did two tours from ‘this is Asia’ and I highly recommend it. Our cruise ended in Hong Kong with the boat allowing the last night stay in Hong Kong. We really had had enough bus excursions on the ship so we added another this is Asia tour private for Wednesday morning and Thursday morning for Hong Kong and Lantau Island. Jacky Wong is the guide to ask for from start of booking to airport drop off. First, Hong Kong walking tour and he asks are you up to walking and we said yes. It was a ferry, an Uber, tram, double decker bus, walking and a subway to complete all to see in four hours of Hong Kong. It was so good, Victorias peak, history of financial district, a walk thru the street markets, a crowded subway and a walk back to the cruise ship. In the morning he brought the van to load luggage and be off the ship by 8:00am check out. The Landau Island was entirely different sights. I loved the fishing village and he arrived before any tourists, then the Big Buddha from Amazing Race, a beach stop and off to the airport for perfect checkin time. Thanks Jacky, what a treat.
