Your professional guide will pick up you at your city hotel or other downtown area at your preferred time. Upon meeting, spend few mins to discuss with your guide the places you need to visit. As exclusive private tour, your itinerary is flexible and can be 100% customized around you. Following is the sample itinerary and you are welcome to tell your guide if need make adjustment during the tour. Typically, your exclusive half day tour begins a walking along the beautiful China town "Old town" bazar, here enjoy exploring the “Qing Dynasty” ancient town, walk along nine-lucky bridge, stroll along Shanghai Old Street and appreciate the beautiful ancient Chinese architecture and colorful local arts, crafts and more. You may enjoy some fun souvenir shopping and sample best street food here.
Yu Garden (Yuyuan)
Next, pay the visit to the 500-year old Yu Garden (Closed on every Mondays, can replace other site at Jade Buddha Temple or French concession based on your interests),follow your guide to explore the ancient garden built with artistic designs, tranquil chambers , see the famed dragon wall and unique rockeries ,immerse yourself in the picturesque pavilions dotted with ponds in the lush greens while learning the rich culture and history from your expert guide.

5.00Thank you for a terrific tour! I requested a Chinese speaking guide so I could practice Chinese as well. In the end, Annie was very patient and knowledgeable, she answered all my questions and always drew my attention to interesting things along the way. She was also happy to take photos, an outstanding experience all around.

5.00We had a lovely experience right from the time of booking. Communication with Sunny was great, she helped us arrange pickup at the SHDl Toy Story Hotel and drop-off at the airport after our tour. She accomodated our request to change our the stop at the Shanghai Pearl Tower to the French Concession, and took us to an antiques shopping area at our request, so we could see more sites that suited our interests. She shared a lot of interesting history and pointed cool places to purchases different delicacies and souvenirs, if we so chose. When our daughter was hungry, she took us to an amazing restaurant to get some soup dumplings, which were a highlight for our entire trip to Asia. Definitely highly recommend, you can't go wrong booking this tour!

5.00We had a wonderful private tour around Shanghai, visiting The Bund, Yu Yuan Gardens, and Xin Tian Di. Our tour guide, Lea, was incredibly polite, friendly, and very informative, making each stop interesting and easy to understand. She also chose a delicious lunch for us, which was a highlight of the day. The driver was friendly and professional as well. Even though it was raining, the tour was still fun, well organised, and absolutely worth it. We really enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend this tour and guide to anyone visiting Shanghai!

5.00We had a great trip around Shanghai with Linda and our driver. The weather was a bit cold and damp but Linda made it a really enjoyable experience for us. She was on time, kind and very informative and bet helpful when it came to choosing lunch and what to eat. We went to the Jade Budda temple, old Shangahi, a tea service and the Bund. It was a great way to see some of Shanghai. Sunny, who was our contact, was also very helpful and communicative. Would recommend.
