1.00Very disappointing experience with Utopia Catamaran. We booked through Get Your Guide, and nowhere did it say there was a minimum number of participants required. Just one day before the trip, they told us that not enough people had signed up and that we would have to pay double if we wanted the tour to go ahead. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Be careful — they might cancel on you at the last minute or try to charge you more. Definitely not recommended.

5.00This is an experience that will not be forgotten. One of the best days on our trip to Lombok. We were picked up from our hotel (17 of us) and taken to the harbour where we caught some fast boats to Gilli T. We spent an hour there relaxing, having some food and drinks on the beach. Then we were taken out to the catamaran which was just amazing. It is so big.....and is capped at around 21 or 22 people. We had 22 on board, with 17 being my family but there is so much room, that noone was in anyone's space. Having said that, we all mingled anyway with the other guests. There were about 5 staff on board, looking after us from snorkelling guides, to serving drinks etc. They were all super friendly and helpful, and had great senses of humour. First we went snorkelling at a couple of different places which was great. Then we moved onto another spot where we spent an hour or so just having fun on the boat.....jumping off the roof, paddleboarding, lounging in the water on beanbags, just relaxing on the decks. The staff are very conscious of safety as well throughout the trip. I noticed that they checked in on how old some of the younger ones were to ensure that they did not drink any alcohol during the trip, especially around water. We enjoyed snacks throughout the day, and a lovely dinner on the way back whilst enjoying the sunset. It may seem a bit pricey compared to some Bali/Lombok experiences (we did not think it was too badly priced), but it is worth every cent ! To Note: I do get seasick sometimes, but being so busy and relaxed, there was absolutely no problems with this.

5.00Afternoon incredible! Small outing in 2 snorkeling spots then free swimming with padel .. the catamaran is beautiful and the Mood perfect:) bedtime nothing to say and the crew is on top!

5.00Brilliant trip, totally worth every penny! The delicious snacks and food were great the food/ snacks were flowing! The cocktails (optional extra) were fantastic! The two snorkelling stops we made were so much fun! We saw beautiful coral/ fish and turtles! The third stop we made was also a lot of fun, jumping off the boat & paddle-boarding! The final stop and the icing on the cake was for the most glorious ocean sunset and that just was magical! Sandro & all the team were brilliant hosts and I HIGHLY recommend anyone visiting the GILIS to jump on UTOPIA and do the trip in style and comfort. THANKING YOU TEAM UTOPIA

5.00It is a great experience, the crew is amazing and very professional. Diving allowed us to see corals, multitudes of fish and especially turtles! There is a great atmosphere on the boat, we had a lot of fun. I highly recommend this activity.

They were able to turn all this rain into a festive moment and share with everyone. Thank you very much. Very good value for money and local consumption are cheap
