Hawa Mahal - The Palace of Breeze
The Hawa Mahal, a famous landmark of Jaipur. The palace of winds built by Sawai Pratap Singh was actually planned for the royal household to be able to visit a site that citizens could also use. The palace is a sight to see with curved latticework arches towering above.

5.00Janu Tours arranged a Delhi-Agra-Rathampore-Jaipur tour for a group of 9 WOMEN Who Explore. Every step of the way, our expert guide, Mehraj, coordinated a safe and smooth experience and took professional photographs of each member as well as the group together at such locations as the Taj Mahal, the tiger and leopard tours and Jaiper Pink City, just to name a few. It was the most thoughtful, well-organized and delightful tour I have ever experienced. The company owner, Janu, employs only the finest tour guides and expert van driver. We were guided through a variety of tours, classes and experiences, offered the best hotels and food imaginable, and put us up in his own home stay Marigold Inn hotel in Jaiper. We were safe, coordinated and supervised at all times. 10 stars!

It was really well organised( a challenge in the madness of india) and his whole team kept us feeling really safe. Janu can make anything happen!! 5.00We had an amazing time! We went for a private tour and we had the best time. Our driver Zaheer took great care of us the entire time and we felt safe and comfortable with him throughout the journey. In Delhi, our knowledgeable guide Nikhil took us for a tuktuk ride around town and told us about the history and culture of the place. We went around Jaipur with Surya who was a master of photography and told us everything about the places he took us. On the way to Agra we went to Fatehpur Sikri and our guide Maharaj took us on a magical journey through time with the story of Emperor Akhbar. Agra was amazing and our guide Deepak was master of storytelling. We felt like home with Janu Private Tours and their excellence is remarkable. I strongly recommend them!

5.00Our trip was flawlessly organized from start to finish, leaving no room for concern. Our driver, Jaheer, was exceptionally thoughtful and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Whenever someone in our group started coughing, he would stop to get cough drops without hesitation. He advised us on areas to be cautious and only took us to reputable shops, greatly enhancing our experience as non-locals. Even after a full day of driving, Jaheer’s cheerful energy never wavered, making our journeys lively and enjoyable. In each city, we were accompanied by different guides who brought the region's history to life with engaging storytelling. They seamlessly handled ticket purchases, bypassed long lines, and ensured we were treated fairly when shopping. Thanks to their expertise and attentiveness, we felt well cared for throughout the trip. This was truly a delightful and unforgettable experience. I can’t wait to return and will undoubtedly choose Janu Private Tours again!

5.00The tour was great! Our driver Nizam was very nice and drove very calmly and safely. He took care of drinks and snacks and also told us a few things about the cities. We were free to decide how long we wanted to stay at the sightseeing spots.

5.00My trip to India was a lifelong dream and Janu’s team made it come true in the best way possible! I came with another 12 women from all over the USA, Europe and Asia and I can safely say that we all loved having a private driver, a tour guide in each city who spoke amazing English and taught us a LOT about history & culture AND you can’t beat being the ONLY guests at Janu’s beautiful homestay in Jaipur. But it doesn’t stop there! My luggage never arrived from the US and Janu and his team made sure to spend some time with me shopping for necessities and even covered the cost of some of my shopping when my card wasn’t accepted at a couple of places. I really don’t think it gets more personable than that! I am definitely going back to India and will not do so without contacting Janu! His entire team is what you want when you’re on vacation: professional, friendly, fun, safe, engaging and knowledgeable. If you go to India and don’t contact Janu I’m sorry to say you won’t have as good of a time!
