Guides spoke English fluently and gave us very interesting insights into their culture, religion and history of Bhutan. Offered many activities. Hotels were clean and comfortable with excellent food and staff. Good locations for exploring on one’s own in the evening. Guides could not do enough to maximise the enjoyment of our trip. Adjusted destinations with the weather to take in the most beautiful sights of the Himalayan mountains and interesting Temples and Buddhas. Highly recommended.

The most amazing place to visit for activities, scenery and exploration. Guides were very knowledgeable about the history, culture and religions of Bhutan. Offering as much information as we wished to hear. So many things to do and exciting activities to enjoy. The food was excellent and local people just so warm and friendly. No problem with finding people to speak English. The guides were completely fluent.

Guides spoke English perfectly and were very informative. Interesting history of Bhutan, their culture and religions. They were kind and calm providing water throughout the trip. Hotel was lovely and good location. We had a very thorough view of Bhutan changing destinations to maximise the beautiful scenes of the Himalayas with the weather. The trip to Tigers Nest went well. We were all at different speeds, but the two guides worked with us, so we were all attended to and guided, each of us felt we were taken care of individually. The guides are very fit and provided whatever assistance was needed. The afternoon hot Himalaya stone baths were much appreciated and relieved sore muscles perfectly. Would definitely like to return to Bhutan to spend more time. 4 days was not enough, although we felt we saw a lot. Bhutan has so much more to see and do.

I had a truly wonderful experience with BTC. Chimi (who coordinated everything) was really helpful, organized, and easy to work with. I was traveling alone and had some time constraints so I only had a few days, but BTC made sure my itinerary was realistic while also covering a lot of things to see and do. Leki, my guide, was fantastic - he is extremely knowledgeable about Bhutanese history and culture and local religious practices (and it goes without saying that his English is great). Kim, my driver, was really lovely and a great driver along the winding mountain roads! The car we used was new, clean, and comfortable. As a woman traveling alone, who usually doesn't do organized tours (Bhutan seems particularly difficult for foreigners to navigate without a guide and driver), I was really pleased with the whole team's professionalism and care, as well as their willingness to tweak things to adjust to my preferences. I highly recommend BTC to anyone considering a trip to Bhutan!

I had the most wonderful trip organised by Bhutan Travel Club. I had them recommended from a friend - and they did not disappoint. I got Karma as guide and Dawa as driver. We had som many interesting discussions. There was time for reflection and quiet time but well balanced with time for guiding. Karma always went out of his way to make this happen. He even offered to escort me on my jogging tour - which I kindly refused :-) The Bhutanese have a strong sense of humour that went well along with my own. It all contributed to the overall experience. The itinerary was extremely flexible and could be adjusted according to your wishes. We changed it several times depending on weather and energy level. So all in all my warmest recommendations - I am certain whom to call of in Bhutan again.

We had two guides with us who met us at Paro Airport. They were excellent and very knowledgeable. Always providing us with water to hydrate in the van. Their knowledge of the history of Bhutan and Buddhism was incredible and so interesting. The country is so fascinating and amazing. We loved exploring the markets and temples. We also hiked to Tigers Nest. A couple in our group were not as fit as the other two and the two guides were instrumental in getting us to our destination. They made sure we never felt like a burden. We had the Himalaya hot stone bath to recover and heal our weary muscles after. Which was very effective. The food was amazing and gave us an example of food eaten in Bhutan. Another fascinating adventure for us. I would highly recommend our guide and driver. They absolutely made our trip and allowed us to explore Bhutanese culture and your beautiful country. We were lucky with the weather and our custom tour was adjusted to maximize views of the Himalaya mountains and best experiences of Bhutan. My only regret was not spending more time in Bhutan. I live in Florida USA, which is at sea level. So being at higher altitudes was noticeable when hiking for me. However both guides never made me feel as slow as I felt. They had ultimate patience and assistance making our hiking adventures memorable and enjoyable. However they also managed to make sure the faster hikers were taken care of and guided. The guides could travel very fast up and down the hiking treks. I’ll be back. Thank you so much. Bhutan is the happiest and most beautiful country I have ever visited. Bhutan has so much to offer year round. I fell in love with Bhutan.

My trip to Bhutan was absolutely amazing! The tour company was incredibly polite, kind, and understanding of my needs, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable journey. The hotels they selected were excellent, providing comfort and great service. Thimphu, the capital, was stunning, with its unique blend of tradition and modernity. The highlight was undoubtedly Taktshang Lhakhang (Tiger’s Nest), a breathtaking sight perched on a cliffside. Everywhere I looked, I was surrounded by panoramic views of valleys and the magical East Himalayan mountains. Bhutan truly feels like the last Shangri-La—an unforgettable destination for those seeking beauty, peace, and cultural richness.

This culturally proud country with amazing landscapes, spectacular architecture and friendly people is a hidden gem. I’m so pleased I have had the opportunity to experience beautiful Bhutan myself!

Bhutan has long been on my bucket list and we heard about the Bhutan Travel Club through friends who also traveled with them. Planning and tailoring our itinerary was such an efficient and easy process. Once we arrived, from the moment we stepped off the plane we felt cared for and knew we were in safe hands. Our guide, Leki, and driver, Jamyang were so professional and their English is completely fluent. We enjoyed many days of seeing the sights, trekking through the valleys and eating the most delicious food. We were amazed how much we packed into this trip but we never felt rushed. Our needs were always anticipated and we had quite a few dietary requirements which were carefully catered for. Our final day trek up to the tiger’s nest was incredible. Thankfully it was suggested that we start early, so we were the first ones to climb that day. It was so nice doing this in such a peaceful way before the majority of trekkers arrived for the event. We will forever cherish these special moments that Bhutan Travel Club provided through this tour. Just incredible. Definitely a must visit and would highly recommend traveling with them.

Bhutan Travel Club arranged all the logistics for my trip to Bhutan. Chimi, marketing manager, was very helpful and the fixed fee included Bhutan visa, flight from Nepal, all lodging, meals, and sightseeing tours. Suba was my driver and KB my guide. They were with me for the five day trip. KB had extensive knowledge of Bhutan’s social, religious, and cultural history and practices. He was friendly, accommodating, and patient, a walking encyclopedia of knowledge. There was absolutely no drama or hiccups for the entire trip. I visited Thimphu, Punakha, and Paro and was blown away by the incredible landscapes, the devotion to Vajrayana Buddhism, and amazed at the love and respect for the royal family.I highly recommend visiting Bhutan and using Bhutan Travel Club for your travel arrangements.
