While the ride on the boat was great to see the town from a different perspective, the tour guide offered nothing to the experience.

If you go with children or waiting to be explained something in Spanish it is not worth it, they give you some leaves to read the story and then they give you a walk through the canal in which you do not hear anything, and your children less if they do not understand languages. And when the tour is over, they still put up a sign to see if you tip the boat driver...

Boat broke down but replaced it with the next boat . Lovely way to get an alternate view of the city

Pleasant walk in the medieval Ghent, guide taking his time to adjust his commentary in 3 languages at the same time as he correctly designates the buildings concerned, embellishes his commentary with historical references, so the walk met our expectations.

It is a nice ride. The guide spoke French (I think) and supposedly English, but his English was not very clear and we didn’t understand well. So, as the ride was nice, we didn’t get the historic info. They do provide a flyer with some history info for us to read in Spanish. That was good.

Boat Tour was very nice and scenic. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Was a very cold day but luckily the boat is covered so was nice and warm inside. Would definitely recommend doing.

Lovely boat trip around Ghent. We were super lucky with the weather and it was a clear day and super sunny. The boat tour took us around several key sites in Ghent, explaining lots of information about them in different languages.

The guide spoke multiple languages, didn’t go too fast, had interesting facts and cracked some jokes. Overall great experience.

Such a lovely way to experience Gent! Our captain was funny and gave great information. We were in a boat with a top that could move up or close down for weather. Excellent tour!
