Enjoyable tour with a friendly and knowledgeable guide. Gave us some fun history of the area and joked a bit also.

Amazingly beautiful! I couldn’t ask for more, the canal cruise in Ghent is truly inspiring, the scenery the feeling I just can’t explain the thing is you should experience it so you will understand truly the medieval times.

We had a guide who did the tour in English, Dutch and French. Everything was told in a playful, enthusiastic way. Also the annoying guests on board were dealt with well by the guide by kindly pointing out their annoying behavior. We paid €22 for two people. Unfortunately, we were not asked if we were students, which we were.

This was great value for money! Guide was informative! Sights along the route were interesting…would definitely recommend! Only complaint…We thought it was an English speaking tour only but included several languages so for me didn’t feel the information flowed well. However, guide did a great job!

A beautiful boat trip through historic Ghent. We were 54 people and were divided into 3 boats. The captains were very helpful in getting in and out. The captain gave a good explanation of the historic city center. Not too technical but fun facts. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic boat ride! Our guide was very knowledgeable about the history and architecture of Ghent. We started out in the rain and thankfully we were provided with umbrellas and dry seats. Highly recommend!

I felt the boat trip was very good. The cost I felt was reasonable. The captain knowledgeable and multilingual. So was able to cater to most on the boat. The trip was unhurried, lasting to close to 40 mins and the captain slowed the tour down to allow pictures at the note worthy points. A nice add on to our trip to Ghent.

City was gorgeous! Best part of our trip to Europe. Our guide was knowledgeable and told us some crazy stories that I’ll remember forever. Wayyyyyy better than an Amsterdam canal cruise. Can’t wait to go back to Ghent and do this again!

Very nice. An experience that allows you to discover Ghent , its atypical architecture and its history.

The boat tour itself comes highly recommended as it gives you a lovely view of Ghent from the water. We booked an English tour, but unfortunately our guide decided to do most of the tour in French because of 1 person on the boat. We understand a bit of French and noticed the stories were different than the English version, and felt we could have gotten more out of the tour if the guide had told all the stories in English.
