  We had a really great experience! Everything was explained very well, Luca speaks English very well and even a little German. Unfortunately, the beginning was a bit bumpy. We were at the specified location, but the store was closed. When we called them, they were able to respond quickly and were ready within 10 minutes. After that, everything went as desired. We had a great time in and on the sea. We were informed that the store is getting a new location and the transition is not yet complete. As a small tip: before you go there, call briefly to check if the booking went through and where the meeting point is.

  This trip is perfect for beginners. The instructions were very clear and the team is super cute. We don’t speak Italian, which wasn’t a problem at all, because their English is very good. I was nervous about my first time diving, but because they don’t expect you to do everything at once, it comforted me and gave me the opportunity to really enjoy the underwater world. We learned the basics of diving, visited a few of the islands surrounding Elba and also learned about the importance of Posidonia Oceanica! This was definitely our best day in Italy. Thanks a lot!

• Was told to book the wrong dive trip, even after calling to confirm before booking the trip

  Prior to booking this trip, I called to confirm it was a two dive trip because the online description did not have any details. Viator customer service reached out to the trip organizer to confirm the dive trip. I was told to book the Baptism of the sea dive as it was a two tank dive, but on arrival to check in for the trip, was told I booked a intro to scuba diving adventure and only came with one dive. Due to the fact that the ferry does not run often enough to the island of Elba from the main land, I was on a time crunch to catch the ferry back to the main land. After talking to the dive staff at check in, I ended up joining the snorkeling group for the first half hour. After returning to the boat, I got ready for the dive, and went diving at the same location I just finished snorkeling. So I saw the same things again. There is a two tank dive option, but it was at 0900 hours, but there is no ferry option from the main land to get to the island early enough. So I was unable to book this dive option, which is why I called to confirm with customer service prior to booking my scuba trip to ensure I booked the right dive trip, but was still told to book the wrong trip. Unless you're staying on Elba island, or want to spend hours on the island waiting around before the dive, and not having enough time for the full dive trip because you need to get back to the ferry, do not book this trip. Definitely not worth wasting the whole day waiting around, just to get one dive and some snorkeling!

  What about... as a first experience I could not have relied on a better team! Preparation, competence, attention to small but very important details and sympathy are few of the many qualities that distinguish him.   It was a very nice experience. Trustful and friendly instructors. We spend a lot of time in the water. The instructors made us feel really safe in the water and gave us the opportunity to explore a whole new world. This made us wish to come back!

  The crew tried very hard to introduce diving. The organization was good and everything was explained well. The dive was perfect to get an insight into the world of diving. I can highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to try diving.

  Not for a first diving experience but for a series of guided dives in the beautiful seabed of the Island of Elba. Professionals who take care of the diver, of any level, to make him enjoy the dive to the fullest. Great organization, great logistics, friendliness and support, friends right away.
