Came to visit Chicago for the first time but was a short visit, so was looking online for tours and saw this one and what a great experience. 100% recommended

Fun ride, but the movie part is short. Multiple staging areas before you see the actual movie part which isn’t quite worth the price of admission.

Audio visual equipment failed. Tried to give us return vouchers even though most of the group was from out of town. It looked like it would be good if it worked but employees told us these failures were not a rare occurrence. Better not to block out a lot of time and then stand in a long line to argue about why you need a refund instead of a voucher to come back and waste another day when home is six states away. Not a great experience.

My boyfriend and I go to Flyover Chicago every time he visits from New Hampshire. To me, it's on par with the architectural boat tour, though we now feel that having been on the boat twice, that's probably enough for a while. We've been to Flyover four times! It's not just the thrill of soaring to the top of a skyscraper, or zooming onto Lake Michigan at wave level, or racing through the streets of Chicago at breakneck speed, it's also the individual stories.

Awful experience. You spend more time watching videos before getting to the ride. Then we got on the ride and the screen remained black. The ride was moving, we could feel air and mist but it was a black screen. We booked the Rockies experience but we could hear the chicago one playing. Apparently staff doesn't monitor anything at all, as we all sat through a dark screen while people were yelling "hello???" And trying to get someone's attention to fix the ride. Once the ride returned to the starting point, we unbuckled and all got off ourselves and made our way down to the gift store. Everyone was confused and angry. We were all initially offered a full refund plus being able to re-attend the ride. However another staff member quickly came out from the back and said NO! Only one or the other. You can have a refund OR tickets to another ride. We came from out of town and the next showing was booked. So we had to take just a refund as we couldn't stay for the last ride or come back the next day. So a complete waste of time and parking fees. I just don't understand how staff doesn't monitor the ride to make sure everything is functioning properly.
