  It was so fun! Such an enjoyable experience for family’s. Our guide was amazing, lively, and funny! Making the experience WORLDS better!! To start you have to get in neoprene suits, that are a bit like overalls. Solo kayaks only, and the rapids are perfect!

  My family really enjoyed the whole experience. The team at Sport Mix was very professional and helpful. The guides with us were very experienced and gave us good briefing on the basics of kayaking. They even took photos and shared with us for free. Highly recommended. BP and family (Singapore)

  This was such a fun adventure! Our guides were funny, knowledgeable, and clear with instructions. You don't have to bring anything; they provide all gear and even take the pictures! I highly recommend!!

  I was really impressed with the entire experience. The staff at the front desk were friendly, professional and helpful. I booked a time for kayaking on the Soča just before they closed late in the evening. They added me to a group of five at 8.30am the follow morning. I offered to pay up front but they accepted payment only after the event which was nice. We were shuttled to the launch point at Čezsoča Bridge. Our guide, Gal, was exemplary with a great sense of humour and stories about his outdoor adventures in Brazil and elsewhere. He made sure we were comfortable with the kayaks and how to manoeuvre them in the shallow water before we set off. Gal took lots of cool photos of the group as we paddled along the white water. In fact, when the office saw me packing my phone, they recommended that I store the phone in one of their lockers. The weather was sunny that morning which gave us dramatic views of the surrounding mountains; including features like the Svinjak peak and Boka waterfall. The shuttle bus was waiting to collect us at the exit point. Go straight to Sport MIX if you're visiting Bovec. They provide an excellent service.

  The people are lovely and the guide was great! They helped us reschedule our activity and were very attentive and pleasant. We kayaked along the Soca River and loved it! The scenery is stunning and the rapids are exciting but affordable for beginners. By mid-April the water was cold, but with neoprene it looks refreshing and pleasant and invites to soak. We will definitely repeat if we come back!

  Great guide (GAL) assisted us cheerfully even as we didn’t easily grasp the technique and turned over a few times 😂. Bottom line , if you have the time go enjoy yourselves

  Very nice tour!! There is hardly a better way to experience the Soča River and surrounding mountains. Our guide was super nice and prudent. Highly recommended, I would do it again any time!
