5.00Excellent! The bus pickup was on time and friendly. We arrived at the stable and were given great instructions. I was nervous at first but soon relaxed. I really enjoyed it and was so glad I tried it. I definitely recommend this even if you've never been on or near a horse.

2.00The experience itself was enjoyable - though be advised that they are not very hospitable. My friends and I were all beginners, and the patience levels were not very accommodating with that. The main reason for the poor review is that despite a friend having food poisoning the morning of and needing to cancel, they were not accommodating with giving a refund. Keep in mind that he was one of 5, so we still had 4 others there giving them business. We went out as a large group, so him not being there did not cost them any extra. At the venue, one of the reps there told me this wouldn’t be an issue and to go through Viator, which I did - only to get a note back saying the operator did not approve (with no explanation). This was a very disappointing outcome to an otherwise nice experience.

5.00Wear pants because you go through a trail with picker plants and cacti. It’s fun! The horses are well trained to follow eachother and not be to feisty.
