What To Expect
Kaziranga, hosts the Big Five: One-Horned Rhino, Bengal Tiger, Wild Water Buffalo, Asian Elephant, Swamp Deer besides 490+ bird species. Activities include five jungle safaris to encounter the Big 5, Birdwatching and exploring diverse Landscapes. Day 1: Arrival in Guwahati *Arrive at Guwahati and transfer to our Guwahati accommodation. *Evening orientation and adventure briefing followed by an early Dinner and we call it a day. Day 2: Guwahati to Kaziranga *Breakfast and check-out from Guwahati hotel. *Depart for Kaziranga National Park (4-5 hours' drive). *Check-in at your resort near the park. *Evening visit to the orchid park, Karbi ethnic village focusing on local flora and fauna. Day 3: Exploring the Heart of Kaziranga *Early morning Central zone jeep safari. *Breakfast at the lodge or packed breakfast. *Afternoon Central zone jeep safari post lunch. Day 4: Capturing the Diversity *Early morning Eastern zone jeep safari similar as the previous day *Afternoon Safari in the Western Zone Post Lunch. Day 5: Completing the Experience *Early morning Burhapahar range jeep safari. *Depart for Guwahati post Lunch *Drop-off at your Guwahati hotel or airport for onward journey.
