  Our unique opportunity to visit Machu Picchu exceeded all our expectations, thanks to the professionalism and attention of the tour group. Before the trip, communication was excellent. They made sure we knew exactly what to do and where to go; they wrote to us, called us the night before, and stayed in contact with us on the same day. It was very reassuring to have that guidance. Carlos was an excellent driver. He picked us up at our hotel at the agreed time. The van was very comfortable. Carlos was very careful and made us feel safe and comfortable, even when a rockslide blocked the road. Still, I managed to arrive on time for the train. Both the train and bus trips to Machu Picchu are incredibly beautiful. For the van, train, or bus trip, it may be helpful to take Dramamine if you tend to get motion sickness in the car. Once in Machu Picchu, the true splendor began. Gregory, our guide, welcomed us warmly and offered us an absolutely wonderful tour. Even though I have done this tour many times, I shared everything with passion and enthusiasm. He is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the area. We learned a lot and had a great time with him. Additionally, he took much better photos and videos than we had had in a long time. He has great artistic talent! You will love this day.

  My tour with Machu Picchu Discover was excellent!!! Greg was my guide, and to my pleasant surprise, he's also an excellent photographer!! He took some incredible photos and videos!! I highly recommend the train with Vistadome; you get to appreciate the beautiful landscapes and the Andean mountains so well!! Machu Picchu is a wonderful place!   The experience was spectacular from start to finish. Everything was perfectly organized, from the punctuality of the pickup and the train ride to the unforgettable visit to Machu Picchu. A special thanks to Greg, who made the experience even more memorable. His passion for culture and history was evident throughout the tour, and he was an exceptional host and guide.   Machupicchu Discover was an incredible company to work with for this excursion. I organized it for eight people and I was impressed by the communication and the speed with which they managed our itinerary. They sent us the tickets as soon as we reserved them and, the day before, they confirmed the pickup point with the complete itinerary. In addition to their excellent organization, our guide, Roberto, was simply AMAZING. He treated us as if we were family from start to finish. He communicated with me at all times and made sure to adapt to the different skill levels of the group, as we did circuit 1, which has quite a few stairs. Roberto had great knowledge, answered all our questions, and provided us with all the necessary information. Additionally, if you like good photos, Roberto takes the best ones!   The booking process with the travel agency was very smooth; we did everything through WhatsApp and PayPal. The booking staff was very helpful. Gregory, our guide for the day, was incredibly knowledgeable, and we learned a lot. It was actually my second time at Machu Picchu, and I learned much more with Gregory than I did a few years ago with another company. I would definitely recommend him.

  We loved booking our Machu Picchu tour through Machu Picchu Center. The company made everything so easy especially in regards to transportation, where we had transportation from the moment we step foot outside our AirBnb until the moment we got back. As for the Machu Picchu tour itself, we had a private tour with Gregory and could not have enjoyed it more. He was so insightful and seemed to truly enjoy giving tours. If you ever have the chance to choose your guide, we highly recommend him!

  We had an amazing time with Gregory on our day trip to Machu Picchu. He contacted us the day before with all the information we needed and even left paper copies of all our tickets at our hotel. We can't say enough wonderful things about our day. Gregory was very attentive to our time constraints (bus, train transfers, and time for lunch). We can highlight two great things about our time with Gregory: first, he takes pride in his work, and second, he loves his family—legendary! Many thanks to Gregory for a wonderful trip!

  The day trip was great! I appreciated the team's punctuality, especially our guide lourdes who picked us up from the hotel and took us to Machu Picchu. The site was amazing, and lourdes explained the history behind it, going beyond the historical details to discuss the past and present of Peruvian culture, which enhanced the experience. The overall itinerary was good, but after the hike and lunch, we had to wait two hours to return to Cusco, which defeated the idea of ​​booking a private tour to manage our day efficiently. I hope the organizers take note of this. Thank you to everyone involved.
