Admire the scenery of the Old Town of Corfu (city sightseeing by boat). Continue sailing south along the west coast of Paxos island, enjoying the impressive rocky coastline and the unique white sandy beaches. The boat enters the breath-taking sea caves, whose clear blue waters will leave you speechless. The blue caves marine area is a natural habitat of the Mediterranean monk seal (monachus monachus) and all the island complex of Paxos, included in the European initiative ΝΑΤURΑ 2000. Visit the island of Antipaxos, whose sandy blue-water coves have been compared to those in the Caribbean. See the small islands of Skaltsonisi and Mongonisi. Sailing alongside of the narrow channel of Paxos and the islands of Panagia and Agios Nikolaos we moor to the centre of the picturesque port of Gaios village. Wander through the wonderful narrow streets of Gaios, visit the souvenirs shops and enjoy lunch at one of the traditional tavernas.

A crowded taxi boat- not a cruise

1.00Very disappointing experience We booked the Scenic Cruise through our hotel and decided not to travel after seeing the boat before departure. When we arrived at the port, the boarding process felt chaotic and the boat appeared far more crowded than we had expected. After boarding, it quickly became clear that our family of four would not be able to sit together. The upper deck was already packed, there was very little room to move around, and the overall experience felt very different from the relaxed scenic cruise that had been presented to us. The level of crowding left us uncomfortable, and we decided before departure that we did not wish to continue. We immediately requested a refund but this was refused by the operator, despite the boat not having left the port. After returning to our hotel, I reviewed other customer feedback and found that many of the critical reviews closely reflected our own experience. This was unfortunately one of the most disappointing parts of our holiday. Based on what we observed, I would not book this excursion again.

2.00Coffee trip on an overcrowded boat. There is no more mass tourism than this. No relaxation! Music that is way too loud. One boat after another. Next time, we will book a small boat to drive ourselves. Little positive: Clean restroom, friendly staff
