5.00We had a fabulous time meeting all the alpacas & goats at Smooth Alpaca! We were a group of adults, and it was a fun and interactive experience for all ages. The views alone are worth the trip, but getting to meet all the animals was a unique and memorable experience. It was the perfect thing to do before attending a concert at Red Rocks. 100% recommend going if you are in the Red Rocks area!

5.00We visited Smooth Alpaca Experience as a group of six, ranging in age from 12 to mid-60s, and every one of us absolutely loved it. Joe was wonderful — fun, informative, kind, humorous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made the entire experience engaging for both kids and adults alike. We especially enjoyed getting to know all of the alpacas, along with the hilarious three brother goats who definitely put on a performance for us! We learned so much about alpaca behavior, personalities, eating habits, the shearing process, and the care involved in raising them. It was also fascinating to see the finished alpaca products, including socks, hats, gloves, sweaters, and blankets, and to better understand the process from animal to finished product. Overall, this was a unique, educational, and genuinely enjoyable experience that we would highly recommend. Joe made the day extra special!

5.00If I could give 10 stars, I would. The hospitality at Smooth Alpaca today with my wife, was exceptional, warm, genuine, and unforgettable. You can feel the care in every detail, and the experience goes far beyond expectations. Truly one of a kind.

5.00This was the most interesting and fun experience!! Joe was a wealth of knowledge about alpacas and goats. We enjoyed feeding them, learning about their fur, habits, breeding, industry, farming, etc. It was completely educational and I’d go back again to learn more and spend more time with the animals. The length of the visit was just right and at the end we got to visit the gift shop with alpaca items. I highly recommend this tour!!

5.00It was an amazing experience to learn, to touch and enjoy everything about Alpacas! Joe, farm owner, is a very nice person who is passionate about the Alpacas and is also good at explaining everything you need to know about raising them and caring for them. I truly appreciate his kindness and patience as I couldn’t find the address since I’m not from Colorado.
