What To Expect
私の体験へようこそ。私はチンツィアです。テヌータ パドレ ピオにお越しいただき、私のワインがどのように生まれるのかをお話しできることを光栄に思います。そして何よりも、ワインの味わい方を学ぶ上で欠かせない、ワインのテイスティング テクニックをいくつかお見せしたいと思います。これらの素晴らしい料理と感覚の物語は、何世紀も前のオリーブの木々に囲まれた屋外で語られます。その後、当店のエキストラ バージン オリーブ オイルと 3 種類のワイン (白、ロゼ、赤) を試飲し、おいしい地元の特産品 (ハム、チーズ、ブルスケッタ ガルガニーチェ) と組み合わせます。その後、日没時に、ユネスコ世界遺産のフォレスタ ウンブラにある私のブドウ園を散歩します。この魔法のような場所で、この土地の原産のブドウの木に触れながらトレーニングを完了できます。この感覚的な体験の後には、ワインの味わい方の基本がわかるだけでなく、何よりもこの土地をいつも笑顔で思い出せるようになることを保証します。

5.00A beautiful late afternoon spent with Luigi discovering the Merinum Wineries. It was wonderful to taste the three proposed wines accompanied by excellent dishes, surrounded by a suggestive location and lush vegetation. Luigi's friendliness, genuineness, and professionalism are invaluable. An experience to be lived 100%, once or multiple times! Thank you ❤️

5.00We were greeted by Luigi who took us for a walk through the vineyards, explaining every detail of the cultivation. Afterwards we entered the restaurant and did the tasting with three wines: a white, rosé and red. Finally he accompanied us to see the winemaking in the cellar. The experience was really beautiful and rewarding. Experience really recommended. Beautiful outfit!

5.00We were received very hospitably by Luigi!😊 We got a tour of the vineyard and a good explanation about producing their own wine. This was followed by a beautiful winetasting..also the olive oil was discussed. I can describe this as an educational and delightful experience by a very sweet host. 5.00Our visit to Cantine Merinum was the highlight of our holiday in Vieste. Strolling through the vineyard, hearing the back story from the owner, learning about wine production and then sitting down on their lovely verandah and enjoying a hearty three course lunch was just heavenly. Afterwards, we were able to lounge by the beautiful pool with the friendly local cat!

3.00Very friendly staff. A little unclear with the food that would be booked on the website which was not clear. Would have appreciated a little more presence and information while the food was consumed.
