  We were visiting on a cruise with Norwegian Cruise Line and had an overnight port stop. While most people headed into Kuala Lumpur, we decided to do something different and spent our time in Kuala Selangor — and we’re so glad we did! We booked a firefly and eagle feeding tour, and it was such a chill, memorable experience. Seeing the eagles up close was incredible, and the fireflies at night were absolutely magical. It felt peaceful and authentic — a perfect change of pace from the city. The real surprise bonus was the food add-on we included with our booking. After the tour, we asked how to redeem it and were told to head to a local restaurant called The Traffic Light. Since we didn’t have a car (we were walking), one of the staff members kindly offered to drive us there themselves. That level of hospitality completely blew us away. At The Traffic Light, we were served two very generous crab pots overflowing with crab, shrimp, clams, and vegetables — plus two large plates of fried rice (one vegetable and one chicken). Everything was fresh, flavorful, and more than enough food. We ended up ordering a few additional dishes because it all looked so good! From start to finish, the entire experience was fantastic. The tour was relaxing and unique, the food was outstanding, and the staff’s kindness and willingness to go above and beyond truly made our day.   We had a private tour with my family, which was a positive surprise. The monkeys were adorable and probably the best part of the trip. Recommended.

  This tour is absolutely wonderful. It is a unique experience, you cannot express what you feel there in the midst of that exuberant nature. My guide, Mr. Siva, is a very kind and very nice person, she made my day unforgettable, I will always be very grateful for her professionalism.   Amazing experience - our tour guide LG was fantastic and was happy to answer any questions we had. Visited Bukit Rotan, the Silverleaf monkeys at Bukit Melawati and the blue tears and fireflies at Kuala Sengalor (where I also had the best food for around £2.70GBP).   It all worked wonderfully. The car was new and pleasantly air conditioned. Ben was a pleasant companion who always had our best interests in mind. The monkeys, fireflies, eagles and blue tears were unforgettable experiences.

  Steven, our driver and guide, was very kind and kind throughout this tour. He picked us up and took us back to the place of our choice in KL. Very comfortable vehicle with water bottles, plugs to charge mobile phones... The temple in the middle of nature was beautiful. Feeding monkeys was great fun but be careful: feed only black monkeys and not chestnuts which can be more aggressive. Finally, the river cruise to observe fireflies: magical...
