  The experience was amazing. They picked us up promptly from the hotel in a nice car. We waited indoors with nice bathrooms while the weather cleared initially. The ride itself was beautiful and safe and everything that was advertised. We bought the picture package for a reasonable price that had videos of us in the air. All in all it was a great time and everything we expected and more!

  The kindness and charisma of the pilot Monserrat made the flight even better; the team that helped set up and take down the balloon, the staff at reception, all of them were super friendly and had good vibes. The people in the mineral stone shop were very friendly. The buffet was fine. I celebrated my birthday with this tour, and they put up a congratulatory banner when we took off. They took photos of us that they later sell along with drone videos while we were flying in the balloon. That is very good; they should just inform that it is a complete photo package and there can be many photos, so it is worth paying for that photo package. Advice: I never met the guide; he did not arrive for our tour. I was in contact with him on WhatsApp since I scheduled my tour, and he was very kind, but he never showed up for the tour, and the driver we hired as part of the tour was the one who kindly explained what was next or where we were going, but that was not his job. So we did not know well what was next and where we were going after the flight. My advice would be that the guide should always be on the tour; there should be someone to indicate what follows and give direction to the tour with their explanation.

  The experience was great from the moment they picked us up at our Airbnb. We always felt very guided and accompanied on all the tours; I liked that they did not rush us but instead showed patience and flexibility with everything. Without a doubt, I would do it again with them!!

  I was so amazed of such a beautiful well planned and managed trip! The group was well prepared, informed and kinds. I traveled alone for a day to Mexico, they pick me up at the airport, we passed the Angel of Independence, and came to the venue. The venue has coffee, cookies, restroom, internet and a great view! We had very beautiful pictures taken and even a video with a Drone (for an extra charge but worth it). We then landed and had a toast and came back to the venue where we received a certificate! This experience is very complete, safe and one of a kind!!!
