  A perfect location and perfect weather for an awe inspiring night paddle on the Haulover Canal of the Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge. The canal come alive after dark with the birds noisily turning to roost on their protected island for the evening, the dolphins can be seen & heard playfully swimming. Seeing the bioluminescent Comb jellies was so cool - like groups of very large fireflies and being able to gently hold them was such a joy! My guide Celina was a wealth of local marine information and hunted down special places to look for the Comb jelly and she even found a school of the drum stick fish by their rhythmic croaks - how cool is that! Thank you Celina for a fantastic trip. Will return :)

  Outstanding! Jay and Logan were the best guides! Jay was a huge source of knowledge and took his time telling us all about the environment we were enjoying. Highly recommend this group! Jay - Bo says hi!

  Kyle did an outstanding job leading and entertaining us. He was very personable as was Garrett (I think was his name). Though it rained almost the entire tour, we had a great time. Even the raindrops emphasized the glow. It was spectacular, and we were even able to touch some of the combs. It was a great experience. I would recommend making reservations directly with BK Adventure and not through a 3rd party.

  We drove 3 hours round trip and they told us that we were on a weather delay and waited for an hour and could be waiting all night and our guide said that the likelihood is that we would not be going out. Mind you we already drove close to 2 hours and this company refuses to give any money back, only rain checks which is very frustrating because we were from out of town and left the next day so we got shafted $350 for 5 of us. Very unfortunate that the company wouldn’t work with us or budge

  Firstly, the tour we took should have been cancelled due to weather, it was super windy, the water was very choppy; and the guides spent a bit of time at the waters edge determining if the evening tour should go or be cancelled, they should have cancelled. There was 0 bioluminescent sightings, 0 comb jelly sightings. Not being able to see what you paid for doesn't sting as bad if you still had a good time. Our tour guide was Dakota, she was slightly knowledgeable of the area,she could at least tell us the names of the little islands we spent more time beached at then on tour. She told a miserable story of her uncle/uncles friend beached at alligator Island with their 2 dogs, one came home with them, the other was decapitated on the island. All in all the experience was anything less than desirable and pretty bummed that we spent over $250 for 3 of us to just wish we stayed at the resort for the night instead.

  Booked same day reservation for 4 with Kailtlyn. Our guides were organized and informative. The 8:15pm worked out great since we drove from St. Augustine after work and drove back after the trip (late night Buc-ees stop).

  Jeremiah did an amazing job leading this tour. The comb jellyfish were spectacular and we learned so much about the local ecosystem. The night paddle was very relaxing in the clear kayak. As you glide across the water and look down it’s like seeing stars shine under you!! One of the coolest things we have done and will definitely do it again in the late summer when the bioluminescence will be at its peak.

  Jeremiah guided our Kayak outing with info on the seashore habitat and jellyfish in info and history of the wildlife and history of area. Well organized, safe and entertaining kayak trip! Thanks Jeremiah and Jason!

  Jordan M was a very charismatic and funny guide. Always turned something sour into a plus. I am excited to return again and hopefully have him as me and my family again.
