A relaxing experience cycling on secondary roads through very flat route countryside, with a visit to the hilltop village of Montecarlo (the only short climb of the day) for a short coffee stop and then cycle to a local wine estate for wine tasting and/or light lunch (charges apply). You will be accompanied by a local cycle guide.

5.0010/10, would recommend! Marco, Massimo and Andrea managed to create a lovely experience for our group of 10 ladies in Tuscany on a yoga vacation. The route was excellent, the bikes in great condition and all in all our tour was well worth the money. The wineyard we visited was lovely, the wines excellent and the scenery was spectacular. On our way back we stopped at the picturesque village of Montecarlo for pictures and refreshments. I would totally recommend this tour for other groups or families visiting Montecatini Terme. The guides were total professionals and the tour was well organized and we felt totally safe, even amongst Italian traffic.

5.00Marco organised a 7 day self guided Strade Bianchi tour during Easter at very short notice. And it was fantastic! Having asked us about our cycling experience and our preferences for distances and areas he put together a trip for us within 48 hours. The routes were challenging but beautiful and fascinating. A mix of gravel and lanes, with options for when the going got tough, we visited new areas with stunning scenery and numerous gorgeous hilltop towns. Hotels were a mix of 3 & 4 star, all clean and comfortable and some in beautiful ancient buildings with spectacular views. All the logistics (transfers, luggage, check ins) worked like clockwork and Marco kept in touch every day and was always easy to contact. We finished the week exhausted but very happy with our trip and would definitely recommend.
The Strade Bianche was a Superb experience - beautifully curated by Marco.More than I expected and unforgettable. Grazie

5.00was looking for a special cycling experience to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday in Italy. I asked ChatGPT for recommendations on the best cycling companies — and it suggested Gusto Cycling because of their amazing reviews. Every single one of those reviews turned out to be true! From the moment we were picked up at the airport by Massimo, everything was perfectly organized. The bikes were assembled and delivered directly to our first hotel, and the transfers between towns were seamless as we rode through the breathtaking landscapes of southern Tuscany — exploring a perfect mix of gravel and road routes that made the experience both authentic and fun. Marco was outstanding — communication was always easy, and he checked in with us at the end of each ride to make sure everything was going smoothly. He provided cool and challenging daily routes that matched our level and interests perfectly, keeping every day exciting and rewarding. The hotels were absolute gems — each one unique, charming, and full of character. This was truly an unforgettable trip and a wonderful way to experience Tuscany. 5.00It was a great way to see Tuscany that didn't involve sitting on a bus. It was a bit scary riding a bike with traffic but the drivers were cognizant and Massimo, our guide, made sure we were safe. I would highly recommend this excursion. Be sure you can handle uphill pedaling. The wine tour was great as well.

5.00Massimo was the best guide ever! He let us get comfortable with the bike before taking off for the tour. The scenery was beautiful and the winery he took us to was fabulous! My sister got overheated and he took such good care of her. Also, he took pictures for us along the way which was super helpful. I would recommend Gusto Cycling to anyone!

5.00Massimo was absolutely fantastic! He was very attentive to our needs and tailored the perfect trip for our group. Lunch at the local winery was delicious. We ordered the pici at Massimo’s suggestion, and it did not disappoint. One highlight of the tour was the bits of local knowledge that he wove into conversation. I highly recommend this tour!
