  Add on a wine tour and meal over looking the falls, to make the day complete. The driver was very knowledgeable and and helped to male tje experience more memorable.

  An enjoyable day taking in Niagara Falls, the winery and Niagara on the Lake. Plenty of time at the falls to take in the views before lunch and embarking a the boat trip. David our guide was excellent, providing facts and insight throughout the trip. Everything ran to time. Only minor negative was that lunch wasn’t great. A baking hot day and cheese soup followed by a choice of fish/chicken with mash potatoes and very Al dente veg or pasta wouldn’t have been my first choice.   The excursion we did was nice but everything felt rushed and barely had time to do anything we were doing on the agenda. It said that we would have freetime at Niagara Falls but we’re given none, no time to explore around Niagara Falls north grab souvenirs, or take pictures, it definitely was a big letdown for me and my family. Would not recommend to anyone and will definitely book with another company next time.

  The tour was great and the guide friendly. The meeting point facilitated our boarding and the tour left at the scheduled time. Arriving at the waterfalls we had free time to admire the attraction and take photos. We went for lunch, reasonable for this type of walk, the food was tasty. Then we made the boat ride in the waterfalls, highlight of the day, it was amazing and wet. Then we return to the bus and continue for a tasting at the vineyard. The wines were tasty but the short time to enjoy the beautiful property and try other labels. The same happened with the charming historic city that we visited before the return. The short time allowed us a quick walk, ice cream and coffee. The return to Toronto was calm, despite the traffic. It really is a lot of activities for a single day, but that are super worth doing. Each with its own peculiarity, but the Niagara Falls remain the big star, a fantastic spectacle of nature and there we had comfortable time to admire it and enjoy. It was a great walk, super recommended.

  Overall the tour was good. Finding the location to meet was a bit challenging as we expected someone to be in the area and several of us were waiting in a different spot. The trip to the falls was informative and of course the falls were beautiful and amazing to see. Where the trip falls short was the lunch provided. The food was not great (although the other meals that were coming out of the kitchen looked fabulous). It is a pre-fixe menu and the quality was not there. Plus they had beautiful views but yet stuck us in the back and made us all sit together. We would have preferred a coupon for a meal and the ability to sit anywhere. When you do the boat piece you will get wet if you are anywhere close to the rails. Our feet got soaked. Felt like some of our group wasn't prepared for that and our tour guide never mentioned it. The winery was fabulous. Got to taste three wines including ice wines but we didn't have enough time there to enjoy a glass or shop and our tour guide was pushing us out. The final stop Niagara lakes was also a bit rushed as you have only an hour there but the shuttle stops 30 mins before u have to be back so if you have walking limitations not ideal. We thought it would have been nice to eat a meal there and maybe miss some of the traffic back. We didn't feel like the guide really assisted on giving recs on what the time here should look like. Overall worth it to not have to rent a car and to have a bit of info narrated to us and to see the great falls.

  This was our first bus tour and we really enjoyed it. The bus tour guide Nikki was outstanding, very informative, entertaining, very warm and kind.

  Nicky and Jason fab driver and guide, We had lots of fun with these guys, Weather was very heavy rain but it didn’t dampen our fun, waterfall /boat ride/lunch at queen victoria..3 courses, / niagara on the lake, wine tasting , floral clock , baby Niagara !. Nicky was knowledgable and funny, we had lots of laughs with her and Jason . 100% I would do this tour again Thanks for a fantastic experience

  A great day with an great Guide. Nikki was such a joy to guide us throughout the day and really knowledgeable and funny. The winery stop was a probably the least interesting activity of the day. If you are not that much of a wine person I would advise to book a different tour run by the company that doesn't include it.
