3.00Tickets issued by third party (not the zoo) requiring clicking a link to select a timeslot - which one would assume is a booking! However everyone arrives and it is still first in first serve - so arriving much earlier would be beneficial. We waited over 1 hr in a very long line for a 25min tram ride, where we did see some wonderful wildlife roaming free. Too tired to take advantage of any of the other walking trails though!! Great to do but I wouldn't do it again.
