Less than acceptable services but very good guide

4.00All arrangements were made by Sky Travel.Driver did not turn up at airport, after waiting for 45 mins (at 4 am) had to take a taxi, he turned up at the hotel but did not have any sign board for us.The agency refunded 4 US$ to us against whatever they had charged.Despite guarantee the driver did not speak English,was almost rude. However all was well as the guide Ms Anara Smuglova was fluent in English,enthusiastic ,very knowledgeable, she checked with us for our needs like coffee/rest room break. .We would strongly recommend her but beware of the driver who was almost rude for the rest of the tour n drop to airport.

5.00Thank you so much for your hospitality. Our group was very happy with everything, nice and informative tour guide, polite driver and clean bus. Plus, Nur-Sultan is very nice place to visit once in your lifetime.
