2.00My flight was slightly delayed but, even so, my car service was late by 30 minutes. The driver did not have a sign with my name. He just arrived asking people about my name. Then, he drove while texting the entire time. And then, finally, he missed the entrance to my hotel because he was not paying attention. So I had to point that out to him and he had to leave me on the sidewalk down the street and I walked to the hotel entrance. The only reason why I give it 2 stars is that I was able to reach the operator via WhatsApp and that person was responsive and communicative.

1.00No transfer provided as arranged and paid. Driver never showed up. I use Viator quite often and this has been a very disappointing experience. I was left stranded.
