Barbara and I had a wonderful time on the 1 pm tour yesterday. The tour was informative and the light banter was great. It is impressive what the harbor area is today compared to what I remember it was like growing up in the 1960' -70's in Buffalo; hats off to the resilience and dedication of Buffalo residents for reviving such a wonderful area. Thanks again for a such a fun trip down memory lane. Mike Dominiak

Officer O’Connor is extremely a funny and knowledgeable tour guide. The tour was about two hours long and only seemed to take a few minutes. Got to see a lot of places in the city that you would probably not find on your own.

Officer O’Connor and the Red Double Decker Bus are a must do in Buffalo. We knew little about Buffalo but O’Connor made the city come alive for us. He was wonderfully entertaining, comedic, informative, and welcoming all at the same time. Reservations are generally required as this tour happens only once a day. It is not your standard hop-on tour as it begins at the navy yard, ends at the navy yard, and you cannot just get on and off as you please. In our fairly experienced opinion, This was the BEST tour AND tour guide we have EVER had on a tour! Well-done, Officer O’Connor!

Joining this bus tour turned out to be the perfect way to dive straight into the soul of the city. From the upper deck, watching Buffalo’s mix of historic buildings, quiet streets, and green spaces roll by was a constant surprise. The guide was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely fun — every stop came with stories that made you feel the weight and charm of the place. The route was well-balanced: downtown, the waterfront, and architectural highlights flowed seamlessly, and the time just flew. Everything was well organized: clear instructions before departure, a clean and comfortable bus, and well-timed photo stops that let you actually capture the moment. One small note: in the summer, the upper deck can get a bit sunny — a hat or sunscreen is a smart idea. But honestly, it doesn’t take away from the experience at all. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — If you want to discover Buffalo in a fun, relaxed, and memorable way, this tour is a must.

There is some getting on and off the bus and walking around, for those who might have a problem with that.
