  Patrizia was an amazing guide. We began in the markets where we were introduced to a range of regional specialities from Rimini. We then went to her beautiful home in the nearby countryside where she taught us 3 unforgettable dishes. A tiramisu, a piada with different fillings and the amazing strozzapretti pasta eith salsiccia ragu sauce. All 3 made by hand. She was a patient and highly skilled cook and watchingher work the pasta gave us new inspiration to cook. Finally we sat down to a beautiful meal with her husband. This is what we love when travelling. I even found out Patrizia made it to the semifinals of the tiramisu world cup in Treviso. This is amazing. She was welcoming, patient and kind as a teacher. You cant miss this tour.

  I don’t even know where to start. I had the pleasure of spending a day with Patrizia and her lovely family. They showed me around the market, sharing many interesting things and answering all my questions. We bought fresh ricotta for the pasta. Then, we went to her idyllic and beautiful home, which felt like a dream. Patrizia was an excellent and patient teacher, first explaining how to make tiramisu and then guiding me through making the pasta. When everything was ready, we tasted the delicious food. I can’t wait to try making it at home!
