クレタ島発祥の小さな町クリティニアから出発し、アレッポ松、イチゴの木、野生のセージ、とげのあるオークに囲まれた小道を下って、透き通った海を誇る小石の小さな入り江に向かいます。この降下中に楽しむパノラマはユニークです。ハルキ、アリミア、その他の小さな島々がエーゲ海の青から浮かび上がり、この景色は、このルートで呼吸する純粋な空気とともに、忘れられない思い出になります。
小さな湾を渡った後、城への登りは狭い道に沿って始まり、ブドウの木とオリーブの木が植えられた土地に通じ、特にそれを囲む小さな芳香植物から来る特定の香りで私たちを楽しませてくれます。
城を訪れた後、私たちの遠足は柑橘類と果樹の香りとともに村に戻ります

5.00We were picked up early sunday morning at our hotel in Faleraki by our guide Manuela ,and together with an english couple we drove to the Kritinia area where our hike started. It was a very hot day,so Manuela gave us extra bottles of water. We started walking up a steep hill, and at the top we got a beautiful view over the Aegean sea and the beautiful island Halki ( which my wife and I visited 15 years ago on a 7 day hike around the Rhodos Island) Our lunch break was in a small beach with peeble stones. We also got the chance to dip our toes in the rough sea (Manuela even went swimming in the big waves) After the break we continued to the ruins of Kritinia castle (the end of the hike)sitting on the top of a small mountain. The view here was amazing. Afterwards we had a stop in the small village of Kritinia for a cup of coffee. On our way back home we even visited the Gadoura dam in Laerna which support drinking water to the city of Rhodos. All in all a fantastic day, thanks to our guide Manuela and our traveling companions

5.00The route was chosen is well managed, the guide was attentive to all needs, very prepared. The path is wonderful and allows you to experience the island in an alternative way.
We took part in several days of trekking , sometimes challenging , visits to ruins and swimming in the sea

5.00Guide Elisa friendly , prepared , punctual , helpful and patient with all participants . We did sometimes challenging walks and swims in the sea , unthinkable for us before leaving . Very friendly hotel staff and more than good quality services
Best hike to Kristina castle and beac

5.00The hike started from Kristina village. Meeting Elisa and Maria we started the lovely hike by going down a beautifully road looking towards the rocky beach we were heading at. Though most flowers are already gone at the lower places, we were lucky to see the poppies at full bloom, pink cistus flowers, the mastika trees and much more. The lovely conversation with Elisa and her knowledgeable explanations made the hike even nicer. We reached the hidden rocky beach, where after a short rest we climbed to the Kristina fortress and heard all about the pilgrims who built it. The view was amazing, as well as the climb back to the village. We strongly recommend the tour,and even more so Elisa!
