Get ready for an amazing tour in the world of organic wine: you will visit one of the oldest organic winery together with a member of the Tili Family who will explain all the process to make a fantastic organic wine. Afterwards, you can taste all the farm products during a guided tasting where you will try 5 different organic wines of Assisi DOC and Umbria IGT. The wines will be paired with warm bruschette with organic extra virgin olive oil, a selection of cheeses and salami with jams, and local biscotti with sweet wine. At the end you will receive a certification of Apprentice Winemaker!
We offer pick up on request for a fixed price the pick up from the city center of Assisi or Spello or the Assisi train station.

5.00Great experience! This small, family-run vineyard has been operating for centuries and is amazing. We enjoyed the wines and appetizers so much. Our guide, Julia, was very knowledgeable about each wine and the winemaking process. We would highly recommend this tour and tasting!

5.00We arrived at a fantastic beautiful place, all the way between the vines. We were taken care of by Maria who provided us with a very cozy private tasting with delicious homemade snacks. Annalaura later took over because another group also came in. We have tasted and bought delicious Wines, Olive Oil and Balsamic. We are Fan!!! Thanks, ladies.

5.00We had a wonderful time at the “Winemaker for a Day” experience. It was just the two of us, which made it feel very personal and relaxed. The lady who guided us was fantastic—she explained everything in a simple and engaging way and patiently answered all our questions. We also loved the food, especially the spreads! The wine tasting was excellent, and we ended up buying both a bottle of wine and several bottles of their delicious olive oil. A lovely experience that we would highly recommend.

5.00We had a truly unforgettable experience in Assisi in this Umbrian winery. The tour of the winery was extremely interesting: they explained with passion and clarity all the phases of organic wine production transmitting the love and care they dedicate to their work. The tasting was a journey into the flavors and aromas of Umbria: excellent and well-balanced wines accompanied by high-quality local products. A really pleasant experience that we recommend to everyone.

5.00Beautiful winery near Assisi, they arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the hotel which was very convenient. Julia was our knowledgeable tour guide, I really enjoyed learning about the organic wine production.
