  The driver drove too fast and erratic and was rude to ppl behind their backs, calling them smelly to others when they were dropped off. Made it feel uncomfortable for all on the bus. Then goes on and on about the royal family In a rude way, I’m not a royalist but this was too much. I have really pondered over if I should write a negative review but this was unprofessional and made for an uncomfortable day. Sad really because we were looking forward to exploring this area.

  It is more than what was promised in the outline. Our driver Mel, went out of her way to make sure we saw and did everything, plus a few extra stops. She brought us to a botanical garden and also detoured on the way back so we could see kangaroos in the wild. We were also blessed with great weather and light traffic.

  We loved the day trip from Brisbane. The driver was great and kept everyone happy by accommodating their activity preferences.

  The experiences on this tour are just okay — you’re mostly paying for the commute up the mountain. Make sure you do your research ahead of time, because they’ll ask where else you want to go around the mountain but won’t offer any real suggestions outside of the Glow Worms and the Skywalk. And if you do ask to be dropped somewhere specific, be prepared for a bit of attitude. The guide gave so much sass about drop-offs that he talked multiple small groups out of going where they originally wanted to go. It made the whole thing way more uncomfortable than it needed to be.

  Not at all what we expected. There is one bus. The group that never met before decides where the driver should go. Once there if this is not something you wanted to do you're stuck waiting for the rest of the group to finish. This is NOT like a typical hop on hop off bus. Our first stop was at a winery and the glow worm caves. We had prepaid to do the caves. We got there at 10:15 and was told our tour wasn't until 11. We had to wait 45 minutes. After the glow worms mist if the group wanted the Skywalk. Since it was raining heavily the driver suggested we do the gallery walk through the town. No real galleries. Instead, cheap souvenir stores, crystal stores, fortune tellers and restaurants. No information was provided about the various restaurants which would have been helpful. Since it was pouring we randomly chose the closest one. After lunch the rain lessened so we did the Skywalk. We were given 45 minutes to do that which required a brisk walk. I'd have liked more time. By this point the guide suggested we stop at a waterfall that required only a short hike since we were running out of time. When that was finished she brought us to a distillery for the purpose of us changing buses. However we ended up waiting quite a while for a group of 13 who had spent the day going to various wineries. Some of them were clearly intoxicated. On the drive back they played very loud music, spoke loudly and used curses. It was a terrible experience.

  Loved our driver she made the day. I enjoyed it as a solo traveler felt comfortable. Just your information to us as not the best. But our last driver made the day.
