Dole Plantation
Established in 1950 as a small fruit stand, the Dole Plantation evolved into a popular tourist attraction by 1989. It highlights Hawaii’s deep-rooted pineapple industry, which began in the early 1900s with James Dole, known as the “Pineapple King.” Visitors can explore the world’s largest maze, ride the Pineapple Express train, shop all things pineapple, and enjoy a Dole Whip, a tribute to Hawaii’s agricultural history.
Waialua Estate Coffee and Chocolate
Hawaii has been growing coffee since the 1800s, and chocolate production on the islands has followed suit. Wailua Factory showcases this agricultural legacy with tours of locally sourced cacao and coffee. The factory brings together old farming techniques with modern craftsmanship, giving visitors a taste of the finest Hawaiian-made products(coffee, chocolate, candies, sauces, and much more).

We spent the day with Ali and had an amazing time!! Our family of 5 visited a d saw so much of this beautiful island. Ali was very knowledgeable, friendly and took amazing photos!! The highlights of our tour were swimming in the Waimea Valley waterfall & touring the Byodo-In Temple. The van was comfortable & spacious and Ali was very responsive and agreeable to our requests and offered his suggestions on our itinerary & food recs. The tour was a 10/10 and I would definitely recommend booking for your family/group.

Our private Oahu adventure was great! Our driver/guide Ali was awesome. He communicated well regarding pickup time and location and greeted us with a lei greeting. He was very friendly and accommodating regarding our stamina and sightseeing requests. He began our day by taking us to the top of Pu’u ‘Ulaka State park with a view of practically half the island including Honolulu, Pearl Harbor, Waikiki, and more. While there, we enjoyed “Lennard’s famous malasadas” (really yummy, sugary, light & fluffy donuts). We went all over the island, visited local spots featuring coffee, chocolate, pineapples, and saw sights like Waimea Beach and Bonzai Pipeline (unfortunately the sea was calm, so no big surf). We lunched at north shore food trucks (shrimp truck and Korean bbq truck). We had a great time and came back exhausted from our adventures

Martin showed up with warm delicious donuts and nut leis. What a welcome! He customized our day and took us to several awesome sites. Booking this private driver was way better than hanging out in the airport all day after our cruise before our red eye flight.
