4.00the Terezin visit was very emotional and moving. Unfortunately our guide knew nothing and did not even stay with us during the tour. She also mumbled and we could not understand her when she occasionally talked. We have requested a refund from Viator for this terrible guide. I would recommend this visit but with a guide who would be knowledgeable and good speak clearly.
