Wittelsbacher Brunnen
The Wittelsbacherbrunnen is a monumental fountain located on the northwestern edge of Munich's city center, at the transition between Lenbachplatz and Maximiliansplatz. Constructed between 1893 and 1895, it was designed by sculptor Adolf von Hildebrand in the Neo-Classicist style. The fountain serves as an allegory for the primal forces of water.
Karolinenplatz is a public square in Munich's Maxvorstadt district. It is the first square in Munich to take up the Strahlenplatz motif. At the same time, Karolinenplatz symbolizes the development of the special relationship between Bavaria and France in the early 19th century. The square was named after Queen Caroline of Bavaria.

Let me start by saying we have been on many bike tours in many countries. This was a good tour, with a knowledgeable guide. We traveled around Munich and visited sites that we would have missed on our own. The bikes were in good condition, and we were offered helmets. Water is not included. There were 17 people on our tour, of various abilities. Because this was a city tour, it was too large a group for one guide. People were constantly stuck at lights, or worse, going through red lights. There was minimal instruction on the rules of the Munich streets. This tour with a group of ten or less would be much more enjoyable.

This was a great way to experience some of the highlights of Munich. Our guide Simon was knowledgeable and went at a good pace for the group. We chose the e-bikes, which was perfect for 2 teen boys

Not sure of our guide's name, but what a great experience! Exploring Munich by bike was the perfect way to see the city. Being on a bike made it easy to cover a lot of ground, including a beautiful ride through the English Garden. We were able to see so much more than we could have on foot, and the pace was just right. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a fun and efficient way to experience Munich.

Mark gave us a Bavarian insider's introduction to Munich's history and culture, from the city's monastic breweries and turbulent 20th-century history to the canal surfers in the city park. Very insightful and worthwhile!

This was a fun experience. We rode with a small group on electric bikes which were easy to ride and manourve. It felt safe and we covered a lot of ground. Our guide Kanen was knowledgeable and generous sharing facts and stories. And he was very prepared with all details etc. He checked in on us and was an excellent guide. We visited many historical sites, museums, parklands, markets, touristy areas and had lunch at Fraulein Gruneis where we had a delicious vegetable soup on what was at times a chilly day. But then it became like 3-4 seasons in one day. Tip to bring your gloves and perhaps a neck scarf or beanie to cover ears. This is a great way to get around and I’d absolutely do this bike tour again.

My partner and I were in Munich for a few days and we love to do ebike tours. Robert, our tour guide, was fantastic and took us around all the major sites of Old Town! There were only 10 people in our group so it was a really nice size! I highly recommend you book this tour, you will not regret it!
