My wife and I had the experience of a lifetime! Felix was our pilot. He was very personable and highly professional. The helicopter was first rate and there was enough glass for everyone to have a good view. I got to ride shotgun and got some great photos and videos to share with my friends and family. If you are on the fence about going up with Maverick Helicopters, all I can say is you only live once. Money comes and goes, but experiences like this don’t come by that often, so live in the moment and experience life to the fullest. I would highly recommend this to everyone. There is one caveat, you will never want to experience the Grand Canyon on foot again. Thank you Felix and Maverick Helicopters for the experience of a lifetime.

We absolutely loved this adventure and would highly recommend it. There is no possible way to appreciate the magnanimity of the canyon but this helps to understand it better. Chad was our pilot and gave us so much information about the canyon. He also answered questions fully. If you’re teetering, don’t! You won’t be sorry!

This was an incredible way to see the Grand Canyon. I never thought that it was going to be that breathtaking. The pilot was very knowledgable and explained every area of it. The helicopters were top notch. I have never ridden in a helicopter before and was at ease when I seen how clean and shiny their equipment and facilities were. Well worth the cost. I always tell my wife “let’s go big or let’s go home”. That was definitely “so big”. The first thing that comes out of my mouth anytime someone asks me about the trip is the helicopter ride and the professional service that we had with Maverick helicopters. They also get you relaxed for take off by playing the theme song to top gun as the helicopter lifts off the ground. It definitely gives you that “let’s go conquer the canyon” feeling. I just can’t say enough about it. Trust me, you won’t be sorry. ITS BETTER “TO GO BIG WITH MAVERICK THEN TO GO HOME WITH NOTHING”. Enjoy the ride!

I don't know why I was squooshed into the 3rd seat in the front. . .I couldn't take some of the photos I wanted to as well. . .I realize there are probably weight concerns but I don't understand why I wasn't put in the back right hand seat near my friend Lori who was sitting in the left hand seat in the back. . .the gentleman next to me was tall and stretched out accordingly. . .I don't hold anything against him. . .but I don't understand why I had to be uncomfortable in the almost half seat the it was in the front. . .and frankly it annoyed me. . .however I didn't let it ruin the majesty of the Grand Canyon and Brandon's commentary. . .thank you. . .

Pilot was excellent, flight can be choppy in Spring, he gave warning of known turbulence. Views were spectacular at mid afternoon, no shadows. Music choice was calming due it's familiarity.
