Safety of flight is our primary concern. The operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or appear to be intoxicated. Intoxicated passengers will not fly and they will be charged in full.

For doors off tours, jackets and/or sweatshirts, closed toe shoes, and hair ties are required. Long pants are recommended.

When booking the doors off experience, your seat may or may not be directly adjacent to an open door.

Only passengers weighing 80 lbs or more may fly with the door off in our Robinson R44 helicopter. Only passengers weighing 100 lbs or more may fly with the door off in our Airbus Astar helicopter.

All passengers 24 months and older must purchase a full fare seat.

For each guest weighing 250 pounds or more, a weight and balance fee is required to safely balance the aircraft. For guests weighing between 250-275 lbs, a fee in the amount of 50% of the seat price will be assessed after booking. For guests weighing 275 lbs or higher, an additional seat purchase will be assessed after booking.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Lots of changes in our flight were made by the company but they made up for the inconvenience by giving us an extra 15 mins on our flight which was nice and greatly appreciated. The staff was friendly and handled everything with care and concern.

We had to book this tour at the last minute because the tour we had booked canceled onus at the last minute and we really wanted to take this tour. The folks at Rainbow tours were so nice and knowledgeable. The pilot was very enthusiastic and did a fantastic job showing all the best places.

The tour itself was amazing! We couldn't get into the mountains on account of the winds, but that's the risk on a helicopter tour. We did the doors off option. Super fun, but very windy! Even more than we expected. It was our first time flying in a helicopter and we were all a little nervous/ uncomfortable for the first 15 minutes until we got used to it swaying around so much. The ONLY complaint we had was the set up for the tour. We were asked to be there a full hour before, and therefore, we showed up as asked. The entire check in process took less than 10 minutes and then we were asked to sit in a quiet waiting room until our flight time which started a few minutes late. We sat for a full hour. It was a waste of time getting there so early! The staff were very professional, but it felt a little cold. We walked in pretty excited and they made the process feel very boring. Both of my teenagers said it felt like we were at a funeral or something. The flight itself and the pilot were great and we would definitely do a tour again.
