What an amazing experience. Our guide was great, the dogs were so friendly, this was an all around fabulous experience. We were so glad we booked this excursion. You will definitely be warm enough in the suits they give you. Everyone was so friendly and gave great instructions as to how to drive the sled. If you are a dog person, this is definitely the activity for you. After you finish the ride you get to meet all the dogs, feed them and give them lots of love.

It is exciting and fun! Being able to be the driver while sledding was a once in a lifetime experience! The dogs are so strong and hard working. Sledding in the wilderness made this experience completely worthwhile!

Anuk spent a great deal of necessary time explaining how to mush the dogs and how to enjoy the experience. We loved it. We met the dogs and puppies afterwards.

This was something I’ve always wanted to do and this experiment exceeded my expectations.. The guide helped us to get on heavy winter attire to keep us warm. Next we learned how to work with the huskies. My husband drove and I set in the sled all wrapped up. We rode along for a long while before switching drivers. I didn’t believe my legs were strong enough, so my husband drove the whole time. Back from the ride, we were given food to give the huskies and time to love on them. The dogs were very affectionate. We also got to meet the younger puppies which was so fun. This experience is so fun. Do it if you can

The dogs were great. Our guide Linda was informative and a great teacher. We all had a good amount of time to ride and drive our own sleds. Excellent experience!

The ride is not 4 hours, it's approximately 1 hour, the rest is talking, changing in warm overalls, getting the instructions and drinking coffee after. The experience was great, nice dogs, I got to pet the dogs afterwards and I got to let some puppy's.

The most fun! The experience was a life memory event! This event was both interesting and fun! First, our pick up driver was very friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival to Gargia Lodge, an historic lodge and camp, we were greeted by our guide, Linda. Linda, our guide, was very customer focused, friendly, and treated us all, (there were some anxious and physically challenged participants) with kindness and patience! Her instructions were clear and delivered with humor. Suggest that you are able to keep your balance and are physically able to hold on, so that you can thoroughly enjoy the experience. We were able to drive the sleds ourselves thru forest trails and in the open fields. Both persons had a chance to drive the sled and be the passenger. Gargia lodge provided warm winter overall suits, boots, woolen socks, gloves and head wear. But, do wear warm thermals and even bring toe and hand warmers dependent on the temps. The history of the lodge is interesting and charming and we were provided warm drinks following the ride. We learned about the very friendly and well behaved dogs, their training and their living environments. Linda shared with us how she and the team train, handle and maintain their treasured dogs to assure they are well cared for and loved! We highly recommend this event!

Tryly a wonderful experience! Our driver was engaging and pleasant. Our guide, Anuk suited us up, gave us an informative briefing and off we went. If you followed her instruction you were in for a fun time and could check this off your bucket list!✅️ We got to feed the dogs their treats and meet the younger pups. A nice black currant tea afterwards was very tasty and a nice accouterment. Job well done!
