5.00My holiday to Kerala organised by Iris holidays was fantastic we travelled to munnar, thekkady kumarakom and kochi. Our driver Shijo was very knowledgeable of the culture, history and cusine he allowed us to maximise the areas we were able to visit giving us an organised and enjoyable holiday to remember. He was extremely helpful through the whole stage of the trip and could not recommend any one as good as him. When I come back to kerala next I would hope to see him again and have the same experience travelling with him .

5.00Arun helped arrange our 4N/5D trip to Kochi-Munnar-Thekkady-Allepey. Arun was extremely accommodating and worked with us through several changes to get to our finalized itinerary. We were assigned driver Mr. Anoop Nair who arrived promptly at the airport in a spotlessly clean car. All our hotel accomodations were great. But honestly it was Anoop who took our trip from great to excellent. His knowledge of the area, history, recommendations on food, attractions was top notch. He adjusted our day to day sightseeing based on our interests. The kindness of people like Arun, Anoop and all others we met at hotels and attractions during our trip gives me a new respect for Kerala and what it has to offer. Highly recommend!

5.00I had a fantastic trip with Iris Holidays - I loved the itinerary they designed which took me through tea plantations, rose gardens, beaches, spice markets and a charming house boat stay in Kerala’s backwaters. And I can’t recommend Vipin — my tour guide and driver- highly enough. He was attentive, knowledgeable, communicative and punctual at all times. All in all, an unforgettable vacation!

5.00I took a 6 days 5 nights package covering Munnar, Thekkady and Alappuzha. The overall experience was smooth. Babu Antony our driver cum guide cum photographer was an excellent companion, he made sure there were no hassles throughout the journey. Saranya our tour operator was very helpful. She went out of her way to help me get details of Watch Tower package by Periyar Tiger Reserve (a booking I made independently). She made sure the package included my personal booking with tiger reserve as well as Iris holiday package seamlessly. Only aspect which didn't meet my expectations was the houseboat experience. The boat starts at 01:30 PM after we reach there, cruises for 30 mins and then lunch break for 1 hour. Starts again at 03.00 pm and then goes at a slow pace till 05:30 PM till the halting point. Now the boat stays at same place until 08:00 AM in the morning and then it starts and reaches the dock covering the same distance in 1 hour. Food and chef were excellent but from the sight seeing and exploring POV it was full and underwhelming.

5.00We completed the Gems of Kerala tour which was a real treat. Sanju Thomas, our driver and unofficial guide, was knowledgeable about all the key attractions and provided lots of helpful tips. He was attentive to our needs and after we told him that we enjoyed walking, he adjusted our itinerary so that we could complete some walks. Particular highlights were a guided tour through the tea plantations and an overnight stay in a houseboat in Kunarakom. We enjoyed some spectacular scenery and seeing the day to day life of the local people. Each hotel we stayed at offered something different and they were all located in beautiful settings. We would highly recommend this tour.

5.00We had booked a 6 nights/7 day Kerala tour with Iris holidays, and it was one of the best decisions we have made. Our tour advisor Ms. Saranya was very helpful and customised our itinerary as per our requirements. She was also very prompt with all our queries. The resorts booked for us were very good with clean rooms, friendly staff, amazing scenic views etc. The Itinerary was very well planned and spaced out to ensure that it does not become to tiresome. We had booked a private car and was assigned a driver Mr. Shibu who was very helpful & friendly. He helped us experience the local cuisines and also guided us to the local shopping markets. Overall a fantastic experience. Would highly recommend the services of Iris holidays
