The performance includes a variety of dance styles that mimic the graceful movements of birds and animals, all inspired by the ancient ritual known as Kohomba Kapkariya. You'll also witness breathtaking acrobatics, like high jumps, spinning plates, and the thrilling fire walk that brings the show to a dramatic close.

Ella/Ravana falls to Yala

1

Little Adam's Peak View Point

One of the most beautiful and accessible viewpoints in Sri Lanka! While it’s called “Little,” this scenic mountain is named after the sacred Adam’s Peak (Sri Pada) because of its similar shape. It’s also affectionately known as Punchi Sri Pada. The falls are fed by the Kirinidi Oya and cascade beautifully down a rocky cliff, especially during the rainy season. It's not just the natural beauty that draws visitors—Ravana Falls is also linked to the epic tale of the Ramayana. According to the legend, King Ravana is said to have hidden Princess Sita in a cave behind the falls after abducting her. Whether you're stopping for a quick photo or just enjoying the view, Ravana Ella is a must-see spot with a mix of myth, nature, and beauty all in one place.

You might spot peacocks strutting around like royalty, playful monkeys swinging through the trees, herds of elephants, crocodiles sunbathing near rivers, and—if you’re lucky—a glimpse of the elusive Sri Lankan leopard.
