What To Expect
Relax in a spacious, mountaintop aurora viewing cabin near Murphy Dome, designed for comfort, visibility, and extended Northern Lights viewing. Enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and snacks while staying warm indoors as you watch the night sky. When aurora activity increases, guests are free to step outside into our vast 10-acre open yard, offering 360° unobstructed sky views and wide, barrier-free sightlines for optimal aurora viewing and photography. A professional guide continuously monitors aurora activity using a live aurora camera, helping determine the best moments to view and photograph the Northern Lights both indoors and outdoors. On the tour day, final details will be confirmed with you. If you’ve booked a transfer service, departures typically occur between 9:00–9:30 p.m., with flexible options available, including airport drop-offs. We look forward to hosting you at Aurora Camp.

5.00Our host was amazing, and very helpful, and helped educate us about the Aurora. We had a very dim viewing that evening, but learned a lot that helped us plan other viewing nights. The host also provided photos for our group, and tips about Aurora photography.. The cabin is awesome, and a greet way to hang out and wait for the lights to appear (or not 😁).

5.00We went to watch the auroras on new year's eve! It was my first time watching the northern lights and I'm glad I chose this tour operator. They were the best. It was a bit crowded but despite that they were very organized and professional and you can tell they have a lot of experience in giving each person the best experience they can get! The location was big enough for us to walk further away and get some pictures of our own without anyone coming in the background and even otherwise, they have photo sessions where they arrange for people to get the best photos for free. They had really good snacks and food available too and it is totally worth the money!

5.00Words cannot describe how we felt after seeing the aurora lights (that were dancing as well) during this experience. The host, Joy and David, were very welcoming and friendly and provided food, drinks and games while waiting for the aurora lights. They took special care with informing us as soon as the lights were seen and taking awesome pictures with these lights. Also, there were very helpful with pickup and drop off for this experience. I would definitely recommend this for beautiful aurora viewing with best comfort. Thank you Joy and David for this experience.

5.00Amazing!!! The best service I've had in a long time. I was picked up on time. The cabin was large with great views. They served hot dogs and pizza (2 of my favs) & hot drinks. They tracked the lights so we didn't have to stand outside in -40 degree temps. The photographer was organized and friendly. Everyone got their picture taken as many times as they wanted and they shared the pics straight away. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! My suggestion to future guests, bring a blanket. The door is constantly opened as people go in and out so it's near impossible to keep the cabin cozy and warm. It's worth every penny and a great way to bring in 2026. The fireworks were a great touch.

5.00After reading the reviews ahead of time, and experiencing what was advertised, the whole trip was more than we imagined. From the pickup at our hotel (received a courtesy confirmation text a day ahead and call before they arrived), the ride (very informational and fun), the cabin (beautiful new cabin with hot drinks and delicious snacks), and the lights (God made the sky beautiful for us), we had an amazing time.
