The hosts were super communicative and kind. The host messaged us the night before our original booking and offered to reschedule us as the lights were low chance that night. She worked with me and changed our booking with ease. Night of, when we arrived, there were so many snacks and caffeinated drinks. You really cant give poeple a bad rating over whether or not you got to see the lights, they can control that. But what was in their control was great. Based on the description, I was expecting the cabin to be jumpin jumpin but there was no karaoke :( But.. I guess that has more to do with the energy of the guests. We barely got to see the lights at the cabin, but on the drive home, our driver saw lights and immediately pulled over so we could see as much as possible this night! He took great photos of us! They knew how to take great pictures of the lights and taught us all as well. Grateful for their hospitality! This was everything that it promised to be.

David, the guide, was fantastic. He worked hard to take care of us because unfortunately the lights did not come out for us. The cabin was extremely clean and accommodating. Plenty of snacks.

The Hosts were very helpful, knowledgeable, & friendly. We appreciated their help with our iPhone camera settings so that our photos turned out fantastic. The Hosts also freely shared their own photography of the night’s Northern Lights. Their cabin was warm, welcoming, & spacious; lots of snacks & games to occupy ourselves while we waited for the best Aurora Borealis pageantry ever. Since it was also New Year’s Eve, our hosts surprised us all with a lovely display of fireworks, too; outside firepit & heaters kept us comfortable as well. They picked us up in a comfortable touring van at our hotel in Fairbanks to drive us to their cabin. Everything was perfect!

Joy and David were excellent tour guides! The cabin was cozy while we waited for the Aurora to appear. I will definitely recommend!

This tour was amazing on so many levels, starting from Joy and her husband picking us up from our hotel, the road took around 40 minutes then we reached a cabin that is relaxing, cozy and comfy! There was wifi, very clean toilet, snacks, beverages, pizza and more! We git lucky to see the northern lights!! And they took a lot of professional photos of us. I highly recommend this trip with them.
