  Had trouble finding the starting point but made a quick call to EZ bike rentals and they were very responsive and quick to get us to the correct place. It was supposed to rain so they offered us a different tour that went around Wilmington. It was a great tour. Tour Guide was wonderful and very knowledgeable. And very safety conscious. I would highly recommend.

  Great time riding bikes in wilmington over to the beach. It is not for everybody but if you can follow a map,ride a bike and follow bike road rules it's a fun trip.

  Ask for a guided tour, worth the extra money. The bikes are great fun, route is not marked the best and a guide will make the experience much more relaxing. Wonderful memorable experience. Raz was extremely accommodating and genuinely cared about our experience. Trail born club was a wonderful stop, ate good food and drink, umbrella and chairs and towels provided if you patronize. Highly recommend.

  We had a wonderful and adventurous day with our guides Ray and Beth! Great way to see the town and beach area and a delicious lunch at a local hotel. Many laughs, a highlight of the trip and a day we will talk about for years to come!

  Awesome e-bike tour!! It’s great because it combines the beach and e-bikes, which I hadn’t ridden before! You get to see so much more by riding through some beautiful neighborhoods, UNCW and trails. I have a new appreciation for bike lanes! Thanks to Beth for the texts, Raz for your patience and taking a chance on me, as well as Phil and Mandi for making trip possible by signing up!

  

  

  

• Awesome well guided e-bike tour and beach experience

  We planned a last-minute day trip to Wilmington North Carolina and wanted to make the most of our limited time there. We chose the 5-Hour River to Sea E-Bike Day Tour Adventure for two main reasons. First, we wanted to visit the beach for a few hours and second, we have never ridden e-bikes, and thought this would be a great way to experience doing so with a guide. We had an outstanding day on both aspects. Our guide, Raz, did an outstanding job going over the details of our bike and although we are experienced in riding regular bicycles, he did not take this for granted and conducted the tour to ensure that we were comfortable with the e-bikes and riding the trail. Our safety was his main concern, which we greatly appreciated. Once we arrived at the Blockade Runner Beach Resort, we had access to its many amenities including a restroom, refreshments, food and direct access to the beach. On the beach there were chairs and sun umbrellas available for rent and the fellow sun bathers were very friendly. The overall experience was awesome and we would definitely recommend you check it out! We look forward to using this company on our next visit to Wilmington!

  Great scenic tour in Wilmington. I did not really know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised that the route there went by so quickly. The route was very bike friendly and went through so much of Wilmington. We saw a lot of nature, small lakes, the university, parts of the city, and of course, the beach. Most of the route was shaded and they provided us with refreshments. When we reached the beach, we were able to go off on our own and enjoy a few hours however we wanted. They provided us with towels for the beach. Overall, a great way to see Wilmington and make it to the beach without paying the astronomical parking fees. The tour guide, Raz, was awesome and super accommodating. I will definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area this summer.

  If you are in the Wilmington area this trip is a must! Raz and Beth are amazing guides and just all around great people! This e bike trip offers a picturesque ride from the downtown area through beautiful bike trails, past UNC, midtown, through the quaint beach town to the gorgeous waters of Wrightsville Beach. We stopped at a fun little beach shop. Then, we spent a few hours on the Wrightsville beachfront grounds of a local hotel. Raz and Beth made the ride to and from a lot of fun. When we arrived at the beach, we had time on our own to explore the beach and use the facilities, which offers a pool, hot tub, and a great restaurant for lunch. There is the option to rent beach chairs, but we brought our own towels to sit on the beach. Raz and Beth definitely made us feel comfortable from start to finish. We will most certainly do this trip again when back in the Wilmington area. We loved the fact we got to avoid sitting in the car traffic to and from the beach. Bring a backpack with water, sunscreen, and towels. This is a super fun experience!
