Bought my tickets online but not provided map so no idea where pick up points were. Went to main train station as found online old map that it was main pick up point. But no signs or markers, no sign of any buses running. Awful experience

Bought a 3 day pass. Day 1: found bus stop in blistering heat. Sign saying buses only run every 2 hours. Contacted company. No reply. Day 2: bus pass has disappeared from app....

We had done the Line A tour in the morning and intended to do the Line B tour in the afternoon. When we completed the morning trip we asked about the B Line but the man was very curt and unhelpful. Still we got to bus stop 4 on the B line 10 minutes before the bus was due to depart and waited. When the bus didn’t arrive I tried to use the interactive map on the website to see where the bus was but it was worse than useless, so I contacted the helpline via WhatsApp. I was told the bus would arrive in 18 minutes. We waited. When the bus was 50 minutes late I contacted the helpline again and was told to contact a number in Florence via WhatsApp but this number wasn’t on WhatsApp!! So I rang the number several times getting cut off each time. I then tried to contact the original helpline and they ignored me. On the trip we did do the audio was not properly synchronised with the bus position and cut out several times. If you really want to do a trip such as this I would advise doing the two lines one after the other and get on the bus at main stops.

The first bus of the day on route B was cancelled today 18th June 2026, as they were "down one bus". This meant we had to wait an extra hour to start the tour and also meant we couldn't really hop off anywhere, as we weren't sure they could even make their usual one bus per hour commitment on that route and we would be left stranded. Commentary was sparse and the left headphone stopped working after the first 10 minutes. Route A was more frequent at 35 minutes per bus, but you really don't want to be standing waiting in the florence heat for 30 minutes, especially the stop near the station which is a really unpleasant place to wait. Definitely not worth the price with this level of frequency and reliability.

Great way to see the city and figure out what else you want to explore in depth. Convenient stop locations. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes.

To describe in one word: Horrible, we are definitely used to better things from other cities. In fact, I constantly waited for the bus and in the end saw nothing from the bus. This bus is a complete waste of money. It is not recommended for older people. Although it is stated everywhere that one should not stand during the ride, one does not even get to sit down before the bus takes off. Furthermore, the buses are very run down.

Great opportunity to see the city. Although the equipment doesn’t work consistently you can always ask the guides. This one announced which stop was next prior to the stop. This is helpful to navigate your way around

The route is good, especially route B. There are some beautiful views I am so glad I was able to see.

We were very disappointed with the City Sightseeing Florence Bus Tour. It was expensive - 88 euro for a family of 4 - and the experience was very poor. There were very few buses running, once I got the app to work I think there were only 3 in total. The buses that were running were very busy, so some people where unable to get on (which meant we didn't really want to get off). We did get off at Piazzale Michelangelo, and we then were stuck waiting for nearly an hour in 35 degree heat for another bus to come which thankfully we managed to get on. The tight streets in central Florence means that bus largely drives around the perimeter and you can't see that much (although you do still get stuck in traffic). I really can't recommend this tour - it was an expensive disappointment.
