京都サムライ体験の特徴
刀の修行以上の、武士の生きた歴史に足を踏み入れる貴重な機会です。 築260年の武家屋敷を舞台に、京都の武士の過去に深く根ざした体験ができる。
他と一線を画すのは、行動、雰囲気、洞察のバランスです。 体験トレーニングと並行して、ゲストは武士について有意義な文脈を得ることができ、その方法だけでなく、これらの伝統がなぜ行われたのかを理解することができます。
伝統的な服装の着用からエキスパートインストラクターによる動きの練習まで、何世紀にもわたる規律によって形作られた生き方に一歩浸ることができます。 刀剣のワークでフォルムを磨き、本物の居合刀で的を斬ります。
体験の締めくくりは、座禅と骨董品の侍刀を持つ機会 ― ― 体と心と歴史をつなぐ。 考え抜かれたデザインで、武士の不朽の精神を力強く紹介してくれます。

5.00My husband and two sons (18 and 23) loved this Samurai experience. The staff kindly allowed me to watch and take videos, but be sure to arrange that in advance. Participants use a practice sword to cut water-soaked floral foam, so it’s probably better suited for older kids and teens. A fun and memorable activity!

We got to hold a 600 year old Samurai sword, see an expert Samurai in action, have a guided meditation to prepare our minds then actually have a go at using a Samurai sword on a wet block. The experience was held in a historical Samurai’s house with a very interesting history. Highly recommend!!

5.00Really enjoyed this experience. Wife booked this for my son and I for some bonding time and 100% would do this again. The history and the training was enjoyable and really liked the class size. It was great to get away from the crowds and get into the history of the Samurai.
