  A tour in this Acetaia should not be missed. Beautifully located estate with a large garden for relaxation. During the approximately 90-minute tour of the facility, one learns everything important about the history, tradition, and production of Aceto and the various Aceti from Modena, which can then be tasted and purchased at the end. Very nice reception and super friendly staff. Absolutely recommended!

  Visited Acetaia Malagoli near Modena and had a fantastic experience. We were warmly welcomed by Domenica and another lovely guide, who walked us through the barrels, explained the production process, and made the whole tour engaging and easy to follow. The tasting was a highlight—getting to try different ages of traditional balsamic vinegar really showed the depth and craftsmanship behind it. You can feel the passion and tradition in every step. A genuine, authentic experience I’d absolutely recommend if you’re in the area.

  Guided tour and tasting of balsamic aceto with Elena, unbeatable. The explanation Elena gave us in English was very pleasant and well understood. She made the tasting very pleasant with her comments and contributions. Very good homemade pasta. Grazie!

  We attended the balsamic tour and tasting, and stayed the night. The tour was a lot of fun. Our room was excellent - spacious, well-appointed and sparkling clean. Breakfast was excellent as well. And excellent value all around. Thank you Sophia and staff! The 4 of us had a wonderful experience.

  Wonderfull explanation of the process and history of making Balsamic Viniger. The tasting of different kinds of Balsamic was excellent. It was a good experiance.

  This was a last minute tour as we wanted to do something different in the area of Modena, Italy. This is well worth the trip and was one of our highlights of Italy. Sofia and her family were probably the nicest people we met in Italy. They allowed us to book a last minute tour since we had just got in from Naples and we were only there for the Ferrari half marathon the next day, we had not eaten and offered us some food which tasted great. She spoke amazing english. The tour was wonderful and informative but was not boring at all. If I had met them before and known about their BnB I would have stayed there instead.
