We offer free pick-up within the Second Ring Road of Xi'an, beyond which there will be an extra charge, so we suggest you book centrally located downtown hotels. Please be ready at your hotel lobby at least 5 minutes in advance of the pick-up time confirmed with you a day before. No-show is non-refundable.
Please provide the correct passport information for booking the real-name tickets. Make sure to carry the same identification when travelling; otherwise, you’ll be refused entry by the scenic areas.
Group Size: About 12 people.
Departures are guaranteed with two persons from Mar to Nov and three persons from Dec to Feb.

In the morning, your English-speaking guide will pick you up at your hotel lobby and then accompany you on a 1-hour drive directly to the Terracotta Warriors Museum.
The Museum of Qin Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses
After entry, spend at least 2.5 hours seeing over 8,000 pottery soldiers, horses, and chariots in three burial pits of the mausoleum of China’s First Emperor 2,000 years ago, and observe myriad undisclosed collections up close in a special exhibition hall. Around noon, enjoy a generous buffet lunch featuring over 25 main dishes, along with Xi’an specialties like Chinese hamburgers and hand-pulled noodles. You can watch the chefs prepare these local delicacies in the open kitchen, then round off your meal with pastries, seasonal fruits, and a refreshing soft drink.

Great for first-time visitors with well-organized and awesome guide (Celine)

5.00Well organized tour since the moment we booked (through Viator). The vendor reached out to make sure our pickup hotel (within the second ring road). Our English guide Celine reached out the day before to confirm our pickup time. With another 12 people (or so) in our mini-bus, she (with our careful driver) started our Terracotta tour with the background and history of the Qin Dynasty. Celine is very professional and knowledgeable about the various stops throughout the whole tour, gave us sufficient time to explore on our own at various stops (within reasons since we are visiting several places in a day), patiently answered everyone’s questions, and we learned a lot about the places/city/history and local recommendations. Strongly recommend this tour (hope you will get Celine) for those who wants a shopping-free (no shopping), guided by an experienced guide about Terracotta and Qin Dynasty, Xi’an city history, and able to explore on your own (usually between 15-30 min) at some of the stops.

5.00We had a wonderful day touring Xi’an with Celene. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and organized throughout the entire trip. Her explanations of the Terracotta Warriors, the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, and the Ancient City Wall were clear, informative, and engaging, helping us better understand the history and culture of Xi’an.
