We are Rocco and Carla, and together with our little helper Alessandro and Mamma Annamaria, we are happy to welcome you for a truly unique experience.
The passion for good food and our experience in the world of catering have given life to this project: to combine the love for cooking, family traditions and genuine dishes prepared with the products of our land.
Already Papa Beniamino (affectionately called "Bè") in the 1960s delighted guests from all over the world with unforgettable culinary experiences.
Since 2019 we have been dedicated full-time to making you feel at home, offering authentic and familiar hospitality.

What To Expect
The meeting place is located a few steps from the main beach (La Praia), the NaturArte artistic route and the very famous Praiano watchtower. Once they arrive home, our guests will sit down to drink a glass of wine made by us and taste a small homemade aperitif, after breaking the ice they will get to work. They will prepare the starter, two types of pasta and sauce (depending on the preparation) and the dessert, using products from our garden or from our fishing moments, following our family's recipes. They will sit at the table enjoying all their work and finishing with the dessert and the handcrafted digestive or digestives. They will leave us with the awareness of having lived a unique experience and having enriched their culinary experience. The menu and recipes vary based on seasonality and the harvest in the garden and the daily catch. Below are some menu examples.

4.00You are welcomed in to their outdoor patio. Fun to get your hands a little messy making the pasta dough and then rolling out different kinds of pasta. And finally eating your work! So fun to have a small setting and visiting with our hosts and others on holiday. Do it!

5.00It was amazing!!! The view from the outdoor kitchen was beautiful. It was so fun making pasta and the sauces that Roco’s wife made to go with the pasta were amazing. One of the best meals we had in Italy. Roco was so nice. He waited with us in Praiano to make sure our taxi showed up. Very kind!!! I highly recommend this cooking class.

5.00Carla and Rocco were wonderful. Everything about this experience was special- it was a truly authentic Italian experience out of their own home (with a stunning view of the coast). Apart from the tourist traps on booking sites, they started their business by advertising via signs on the beach years ago. They’re the real deal. Food was amazing, and every detail was well prepared and came with generations of Italian family cooking history. The wine was fabulous too! Thanks again Carla & Rocco!

5.00We thoroughly enjoyed this cooking class at Rocco and Carla’s home—truly, it doesn’t get more authentic than this. Rocco kindly met us and guided us down to their home, which is set high above Praiano with absolutely beautiful views. Carla, an experienced chef and mother of two, was a wonderful host. She taught us how to prepare homemade pasta, meatballs, stuffed peppers, and a delicious dessert made with mascarpone cheese, cookies, and cocoa powder. Every ingredient was incredibly fresh, either grown right on their property or sourced locally, including the wine. One of the best parts of the experience was sitting down together to enjoy everything we had prepared—it was all absolutely delicious and made even more special knowing we had created it ourselves. This is a must-do for anyone looking for a genuine, hands-on Amalfi Coast cooking experience in a warm and welcoming setting.

5.00Rocco and Carla were amazing hosts and we had a great experience! Their garden is the perfect place to learn their family recipes with their homegrown ingredients. We made stuffed peppers, pasta and a mousse dessert, with wine made from their grapes. The class was me and my husband plus another couple. I would absolutely recommend this class!

5.00What a wonderful, educational and fun cooking lesson with Carla and Rocco! We learned so much! For our stay in Praiano, this was the icing on the cake that consumated our terrific experience in that overwhelmingly picturesque, beautiful Amalfi coast town filled with the most friendly and helpful people. This cooking lesson is undoubtedly a "must-do" for anyone visiting Praiano.

5.00We had such a great experience at this cooking class and can’t recommend it enough. Rocco and Carla were so welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable about the food we were making. They did a great job explaining everything in a way that was easy to follow, while still making it fun and engaging. We got to prepare an amazing meal using fresh ingredients, and everything turned out delicious. It was also really special getting to try their homemade wine and it added such a personal touch to the whole experience. On top of that, we had a great time with the other couples in the class, which made it even more enjoyable. It felt less like a class and more like a fun, shared experience. If you’re in Praiano and thinking about doing a cooking class, this is definitely the one to book.

They went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience - so much so that they reached out the morning of our original planned day to give us the option to reschedule for the following day due to bad weather. We were so glad they did because it would have been a completely different experience. The food and wine were amazing. It felt like we were making dinner at home with long time friends. We would definitely recommend!
