A minimum moderate level of fitness is required to complete the walks. Therefore a medium/high level of fitness is required and a doctor's certificate is required for people over 70 years (30 days prior to travel).
The tour operator must be notified of any known medical conditions at the time of booking. This is a very physical tour and requires a moderate level of fitness and mobility.
While we endeavour to cater to most dietary needs, passengers must advise dietary requirements to their booking agent at the time of booking. As we are venturing to remote areas we are very limited in what we can source once the tour departs, therefore prior notice is required.
This itinerary may vary to adapt to seasonal changes. As safety is our top priority we plan accordingly to ensure our guests have the most fun and best experience possible while on tour.
Children aged between 6 to 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian at all times. Not suitable for infants or children 5 years and under, due to safety requirements and the level of fitness required to complete the walk.
Please ensure you have checked the average temperatures for the time of year you are travelling and have packed adequate clothing.
Guests are asked to participate in the preparation of meals, clean up and vehicle unpacking/loading, so everyone can relax together after a long day of touring. It’s also a great way to get to know and connect with your fellow travellers.

Take a journey along Western Australia’s Coral Coast, a region known for its stunning natural scenery, diverse wildlife and gorgeous beaches. View sand dunes so white they could be mistaken for snow. After leaving Perth we head north towards the Pinnacles.

Kick off your adventure with a guided tour through The Pinnacles desert, before enjoying lunch by the sea then journey up Indian Ocean Drive for some stunning coastal views. Walking distance approx.1.5km
Geraldton
After a quick stop in Geraldton and if time permits a visit to the pink lake (seasonal, not guaranteed)
Kalbarri
Then it’s on to the seaside town of Kalbarri for our overnight accommodation.

Visit the marvels of The Murchison Gorge, Nature’s Window and Z-Bend in Kalbarri National Park where water has carved its way through sandstone. Here you have the option to try abseiling (additional cost). Witness bright pops of colour here during wildflower season (spring). Walking distance approx. 3km

Enjoy a great photo opportunity at Nature’s Window before strolling a beach made entirely of tiny shells.
Monkey Mia
Then it’s on to Monkey MIa, via Denham for our accommodation by the beach.

Monkey Mia is sure to delight with its friendly bottlenose dolphins and other abundant wildlife.This morning meet the famous Monkey Mia Dolphins and get some amazing photos. Enjoy chill out time on the beach here or enjoy a coffee at the restaurant before we get back on the road mid-morning.
Stromatolites of Shark Bay
We'll visit the fascinating rock formations, the Stromatolites, before settling in to our accommodation in Coral Bay, located right on the famous Ningaloo Reef. Walking distance approx. 1km

You’ll have most of the day to explore the Ningaloo Reef at your own leisure. Choose to join a boat tour or enjoy free time to experience the beautiful beaches Coral Bay has to offer.

Go for a stroll on the beach and check out the shark nursery, swim with the manta rays (additional cost) or go for a snorkel on the Ningaloo Reef only metres from shore.

This evening we take the short drive up the peninsula to Exmouth and check into our accommodation for two nights in the town centre.

Today we explore Cape Range National Park, a spectacular place of rugged limestone ranges, breathtaking deep canyons and 50km of pristine beaches. Walking distance approx.1km.
Turquoise Bay
Relax on the beach or choose to go snorkelling at the stunning Turquoise Bay (snorkel hire $10 and a bond required)
Vlamingh Head Lighthouse
Visit Vlamingh Head Lighthouse, relax at Milyering Visitors Center and more before finishing the tour in the late afternoon.
Ningaloo Reef
Or choose to join a whale shark or humpback whale snorkel tour and spend the day meeting some of the Ningaloo Reef’s most famous visitors (own expense and seasonal). There’s also the Navy Pier dive option for those that are certified and have dived in the last 6 months (own expense).

5.00It was an amazing 5 days in real Australia! I recommend this adventure to everyone from ages 8 to 80. From the desert, through military bases, to diving with sharks — it was unforgettable. Buy all the extra activities in advance; it’s really worth it! Take some cash (~100 AUD per person) and at least one reusable metal bottle to drink from. Thank you, Geoffrey! You were a real host — from driving and cooking to guiding — a true Aussie mate. Without you, it wouldn’t have been such a great trip! I was a little bit scared at the beginning because it had been a long time since I last traveled in a group and slept in a dormitory, etc. But I don’t regret it — it was really refreshing compared to all the booking/hotel experiences.

5.00What a fabulous trip. Geoff Homma our guide/driver was very knowledgeable, empathetic, and highly organised. He really cares that you have a great experience and goes out of his way to make sure it happens. I enjoyed the coastal parts best. I saw a lot of marine life. Swan with whale sharks, manta rays, turtles and even a tiger shark. I’m no ‘spring chicken’ but I went for it. So glad I did. I went as a solo and group were all lovely. Wish was still there.

5.00My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed this 6 day tour from Perth to Exmouth. This trip allows you to really see first hand the incredible Australian landscape and some remote coastal towns in the West. Undoubtedly the highlight is reaching Monkey Mia, Coral Bay and Exmouth where we had unforgettable encounters with dolphins, Manta Rays, Whale Sharks, reef sharks and sea turtles, we loved it! This group tour gave us an opportunity to meet many solo travelers from all over the world enriching our experience even more. Our tour guide Geoff left no stone unturned, his attention to detail, organization and obvious passion for his job was infectious and made our experience even more unforgettable. We have done a tour with Autopia before and this one was as good if not better. This is not a luxury tour, you are required to help make meals/clean up and participate but this really adds to the experience. We opted for private accommodation for a slightly more expensive price, I found the accommodation to be clean and comfortable, considering the remote nature of this tour. Overall I could not recommend highly enough how wonderful this experience was, the memories will stay with me for life. Thank you Geoff & Autopia.

5.00We had an absolutely fantastic time travelling from Perth to Exmouth with Geoff as our tour guide! Every day was incredibly well organised as Geoff was very informative and used the "Photocircle" app to clearly communicate plans for the next day. The sights that you get to see on this tour from Day 1 to Day 6 are truly breathtaking and are once in a lifetime opportunities. The absolute highlights on the coral coast were swimming with Manta Rays and Whale Sharks, as well as an abundance of other marine life. The scenery including multiple spectacular sunsets over the Indian Ocean, impressive stargazing and encounters with local wildlife throughout the journey were remarkable experiences. We also met an amazing group of people from all over the world, all there to share this unbelievable adventure. Geoff's phenomenal knowledge and attention to detail ensured we were able to immerse ourselves in all that the West Coast has to offer. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Adam was so dedicated and passionate about his job, and I learned so much from this trip. He made the whole experience fun, easy, and even more memorable. 4.00We combined to make a great group of 21 travellers led expertly and efficiently by the professional and ever-caring Doug whose hard work, patience and enthusiasm was an example to us all. The coach however was basic and quite old for a journey of 1200 kilometres and to get a 5 star review it needs to be updated.

5.00We had an amazing time travelling from Perth to Exmouth. There's a lot of kms to drive out there, & travelling with company & insider knowledge appealed. Our tour guide, Geoff, was passionate & enthusiastic about the whole region & went out of his way to keep us all organised, informed, fed & comfortable. We opted into the Mantaray experience at Coral Bay which was one highlight of many including Geoff's guided tour of turtles laying eggs on the beach in Exmouth. As a couple in our late 50s travelling with our 21yo we chose to upgrade our accommodation & were happy with this decision. We highly recommend this tour!!

5.00I cannot recommend this trip enough. The scenery is spectacular and definitely a place in the world worth visiting. Our guide was Geoff Homma and I thought he was brilliant. The whole trip was very organised and he had everything sorted throughout. I am 21, and went with my mum who’s 53 and both enjoyed ourselves immensely. I think any age would get something out of this trip.
