A minimum moderate level of fitness is required to complete the walks. Therefore a medium/high level of fitness is required and a doctor's certificate is required for people over 70 years (30 days prior to travel).
The tour operator must be notified of any known medical conditions at the time of booking. This is a very physical tour and requires a moderate level of fitness and mobility.
While we endeavour to cater to most dietary needs, passengers must advise dietary requirements to their booking agent at the time of booking. As we are venturing to remote areas we are very limited in what we can source once the tour departs, therefore prior notice is required.
This itinerary may vary to adapt to seasonal changes. As safety is our top priority we plan accordingly to ensure our guests have the most fun and best experience possible while on tour.
Children aged between 6 to 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian at all times. Not suitable for infants or children 5 years and under, due to safety requirements and the level of fitness required to complete the walk.
Please ensure you have checked the average temperatures for the time of year you are travelling and have packed adequate clothing.
Guests are asked to participate in the preparation of meals, clean up and vehicle unpacking/loading, so everyone can relax together after a long day of touring. It’s also a great way to get to know and connect with your fellow travellers.

Take a journey along Western Australia’s Coral Coast, a region known for its stunning natural scenery, diverse wildlife and gorgeous beaches. View sand dunes so white they could be mistaken for snow. After leaving Perth we head north towards the Pinnacles.

Kick off your adventure with a guided tour through The Pinnacles desert, before enjoying lunch by the sea then journey up Indian Ocean Drive for some stunning coastal views. Walking distance approx.1.5km
Geraldton
After a quick stop in Geraldton and if time permits a visit to the pink lake (seasonal, not guaranteed)
Kalbarri
Then it’s on to the seaside town of Kalbarri for our overnight accommodation.

Visit the marvels of The Murchison Gorge, Nature’s Window and Z-Bend in Kalbarri National Park where water has carved its way through sandstone. Here you have the option to try abseiling (additional cost). Witness bright pops of colour here during wildflower season (spring). Walking distance approx. 3km

Enjoy a great photo opportunity at Nature’s Window before strolling a beach made entirely of tiny shells.
Monkey Mia
Then it’s on to Monkey MIa, via Denham for our accommodation by the beach.

We'll visit the fascinating rock formations, the Stromatolites, before settling in to our accommodation in Coral Bay, located right on the famous Ningaloo Reef. Walking distance approx. 1km

Go for a stroll on the beach and check out the shark nursery, swim with the manta rays (additional cost) or go for a snorkel on the Ningaloo Reef only metres from shore.

This evening we take the short drive up the peninsula to Exmouth and check into our accommodation for two nights in the town centre.

Today we explore Cape Range National Park, a spectacular place of rugged limestone ranges, breathtaking deep canyons and 50km of pristine beaches. Walking distance approx.1km.
Turquoise Bay
Relax on the beach or choose to go snorkelling at the stunning Turquoise Bay (snorkel hire $10 and a bond required)
Vlamingh Head Lighthouse
Visit Vlamingh Head Lighthouse, relax at Milyering Visitors Center and more before finishing the tour in the late afternoon.
Ningaloo Reef
Or choose to join a whale shark or humpback whale snorkel tour and spend the day meeting some of the Ningaloo Reef’s most famous visitors (own expense and seasonal). There’s also the Navy Pier dive option for those that are certified and have dived in the last 6 months (own expense).

2.00The horror of sitting on an uncomfortable bus for 8-10 hours a day to see a couple of sites here and there was incredibly disappointing, as was the accomodation we paid nearly $200 a night extra to upgrade to, which we were quoted as little as $45 a night had we booked it ourselves.. The tour guide/driver/company slave, Erin (poor thing) was great, we were lucky to have her, but we don't know how it can be either safe or legal to have one person doing 12-15 hour days for that period of time, with 22 people lives in their hands. We were in an amazing part of our country and given a little more time, thought and consideration for the paying customers, it could have been a great trip. Talk about a Holiday you'll remember, it was certainly that, unless I can find a therapist to help me forget it. Clearly 20yo back packers have lower expectations than us, but based on what they had to say I doubt they would do it again. No thought has been given to Customers comfort, safety or exerience, it's just about making money for this company.
