It is an enormous network of interconnecting waterways stretching inland for about 80km from the Bay of Bengal and it is home to around 400 Royal Bengal tigers, the largest single population of tigers in the world.

Day 1: Following pickup between 4 pm to 5 pm from your Dhaka hotel, transfer to Railway station. At 7 pm train will start for Khulna. Overnight will be on train journey.

You will reach Khulna early morning and start for Sundarban tour between 06:30 am to 07:00 am from Khulna Launch Ghat. You’ll reach Dhangmari forest office between 11:00 am to 11:30 am at that time we pay our forest tax and take our forest guard. Then the boat will start its journey the first destination Herbaria Mangrove trail, you visit Herbaria Mangrove trail, then you start journey the next destination Kachikhali. In the first day you’ll stay night on boat at Kachikhali tourist spot.

Day 3: Early in the morning you can cruise the Kachikhali channel and visit inside forest some time. Once you back on boat, start journey the next destination katka tourist spot. After having breakfast in the morning our vessel will move for Katka tourist spot around the Katka Sea Beach and the wild forest with Katka Watch Tower. In Katka you can take bath in katka see beach. And after lunch you will enjoy the office side of the largest Mangrove forest and enjoy the sunset. Then the boat starts the next destination Karamjal wildlife centre. In the 2nd day you’ll stay night on boat near Dhangmari forest office.

Day 4: Early in the morning you’ll visit Karamjal wildlife centre. At last, it's an ideal opportunity to return journey for Khulna. Check in Khulna hotel for overnight stay.

Shait-Gumbad Mosque
Day 5: After breakfast start for Bagerhat. We will reach Bagerhat within one hour. On arrival at Bagerhat start for full day Bagerhat tour covering Shait-Gumbad Mosque (Shait Gumbad Mosque), Tomb of Khan Jahan Ali, The single-domed Dargah Mosque, Thakur Dighi, Nine-Domed Mosque, Bagerhat Museum, Ronvijoypur Mosque, Chunakhola Mosque, Zinda Pir Mosque, Bibi Begni’s Mosque, and Singar Mosque. Evening back to Bagerhat hotel for take some rest. After dinner we will back to Dhaka by train. Overnight will be on train journey.

5.00Staying entrenched in the Mangroves with easy access from our boat to the channels and islands of the Subdarbans. We had many excursions on our flat bottom canoe -all of them brilliant.

4.00Great experience to go through the larges mangrove forest by boat and stay overnight on the vessel on the rivers. Even though accommodation and facilities are very basic on board I really liked the trip. Mam Holidays was very helpful to arrange a day-time journey back to Dhaka. My guide, Mizan gave me a lot of valuable information during our stay in the Sundarbans.

5.00This was a magnificent tour, all that we wsihed for and more, although the tigers did not come to see us. From the moment we were met on the steamer in Dhaka to the end of the tour we were looked after in a friendly, professional way. The driver was good and managed traffic well. In Khulna we wandered round local shops with no hassle, feeling very safe. The smaller boat that took us round Sundarbans was great, a lovely atmosphere created by the captain who was excited when he showed us dolphins and a crocodile. The guides were knowledgable and knew where to find birds, deer and a tiger paw print. The boat staff kept the boat well, very clean, lovely food and staff were always aware of our needs. I would recommend this tour and Bangladesh as a fascinating, safe country to visit.

5.00Relaxing and fascinating tour in which gave a good introduction to Bangladesh and a completely Islamic culture. Very nice to have a guide who knew the ropes on how and when do do everything. Looking forward to my next trip to Banhgladeshj hopefully in the next few years!
