4.00It was nice to be taken around and given some history of the area. My only concern was that the guide/driver was very distracted on his phone. He mentioned he was running another business (taxi service) and ended up having to constantly take calls from other guests while he was driving us around and giving instructions to the people working for him.

1.00- Name of Tour guide company was Raymond Taxi Service. - Driver was late and we had to hunt to find him - Vehicle was old, dirty, and smelly inside - Vehicle had several service lights on - The killer was that the air conditioner wasn't working and my wife was on the verge of passing out. - Driver was nice enough to stop by the store to buy and provide a water that they said was included. Unprepared driver. - we couldn't continue and asked the driver to take us back and he did. - although their was a set itinerary in the write up of this tour, driver didn't have a set itinerary and asked us what do we want to do. We read him the itinerary.

5.00Desmond was amazing!! Very knowledgeable, attentive, easy going, and flexible. This was the right tour for my family. Since the weather wasn't the best, we were able to structure our excursion to meet our needs. 6 hours was the perfect amount of time. The lookout points have the most memorable views.

3.00The transportation vans need working microphones so everyone can hear the driver. The air wasn’t working in the van we were in either. The stops along the trip and the views are gorgeous, but the uncomfortable ride van made it less than enjoyable.
