During the F1 Grand Prix, parts of Marina Bay and City Hall may be closed. Routes may change and alternatives will be provided.
Licensed tour guide available upon request at SGD 60/hour for English or Chinese, and SGD 100/hour for Tamil, Italian, Spanish, or French (please inform us at least 48 hours in advance)

5.00We gave Carl a list of the places we would like to go and he fulfilled them all. We had been to Singapore before so we ticked off all the less obvious placers we had not seen before plus one favorite, the Jewel at Changi. One suggestion we would give to the company that owns the van would be to outfit it with a sound system that would allow the passengers in the back to clearly hear the driver over the rush of air from the air conditioner. Thank you Carl.

5.00We really had a great day in Singapore. Jaswad picked us up from the port on time and took us anywhere we wanted. He explained a lot to us and was always back on time at the agreed meeting point to pick us up again. The bus was super air conditioned and there was water if you wanted. Thanks for the smooth process.

5.00Great all round when you consider hotels and transport costs for a three day stay instead of one day to see the same highlights which I had planned before I got there. It was not only cost effective but was really a great busy day and our driver was fantastic in every way. He told us to leave the gardens by the bay to last as it is less busy, which it was thankfully. All round really good.

1.00Our driver was Segal. He said he showed up at 7:40 at the hotel to collect us but we were waiting for him since 7:45. We were watching the taxis pull in and out, spoke to the porters outside about our private tour and waited until 8:30 to begin to call the numbers given. Segal had rung my husband at 7:55am on What’s app but he didn’t know who was ringing so didn’t answer. The concierge called the local number and they were trying to call the driver and would call back. Things got worse after that! Yes, one of our party has limited mobility and our mobility scooter was not allowed to fly with us; we choose a private tour so we could see places and use the scooter. We were given an address to hire a scooter from and Segal took us there. The scooter was too big so we just continued with the tour. We had to ask many constant questions about the areas we drove through; Segal was nothing like the reviews I read….. knowledgeable, good suggestions of places to see, etc. He only answered simple questions. When we asked about a lookout, he remarked that it was too far away. On google maps it was very close to where we were. Segal was very good at helping us out and in of the car. He reminded us that he needed to drop us back off at hotel at 1:45 even though we finally connected with him at 8:40 after many calls!!! There was no offer of water. Once we stopped on the side of the road to figure out where we could go next! Yes, we were limited in our mobility, but surely he could have driven us around the area with a commentary and insight of the history. There was nothing!!!!! We have booked another tour in Singapore through Viator. I hope it will be like the reviews we read!!!!! We have used Viator many times in the past but will certainly be very cautious about future booking.
