電車または飛行機でラサに到着したら、ガンギャン・ラサ・ホテルまたはご予約のホテルに移動し、チェックイン済みであることをお知らせください。ラサに到着後は、休憩して高地順応をしてください。外出したい場合は、ポタラ広場に行き、さまざまな色の噴水を楽しんだり、ポタラとその周辺の素晴らしい写真を撮ったりすることができます。豆知識: チベットに初めて来た人は、チベットの高地に慣れる必要があります。ホテルでぐっすり眠るのもいいですね。ラサ市内の観光名所を急いで訪問しないでください。

今日のツアーでは、まずダライラマの冬の宮殿であるポタラ宮に行きます。 7世紀以降、チベットの33番目の偉大な王によって使用されました。ポタラ宮の最も貴重なコレクションは、元ダライラマの金色の埋葬仏塔とチベットの第33代大王の瞑想洞窟です。
Jokhang Temple
その後、昼食後、観光客は7世紀にチベットの33番目の偉大な王によって設立されたジョカン寺に向かいます。中には12歳の釈at仏像があります。外では、ジョカン寺の前で巡礼をしている巡礼者を見ることができます。
Barkhor Street
寺院の周りにはバルコール通りがあり、巡礼者や地元の人とコラ（建物や山の宗教的な輪）をしたり、古い市場を探索したりできます。その上、私たちは茶室で地元の人とチベット茶を味わうことができます。ウェルカムディナーも適宜手配されます。

午前中は、ラサで最も美しい村、大東村を訪問します。ラサのダウンタウンから南西 25 キロメートルに位置する大東村は、渓谷に囲まれ、よく保護された古代チベットの村です。到着後は、ニマタン僧院 (11 世紀に建てられた) を訪れ、村を軽く散歩し、ラサの田舎の生活がどのようなものかを見てみましょう。また、地元のチベット人家族を訪問し、家族が提供するランチをお楽しみいただけます。 注意: デプン寺には行かず、代わりに大東村に行きます。
Sera Monastery
午後には、観光客は、チベットの「偉大な3つの」ゲルグ修道院の1つであるセラ修道院を訪れます。注目すべきは、午後3時から5時頃の修道士の討論です。さらに、チベットの宗教的な聖典の印刷所を見学することもできます。修道院の中では、3つの砂のマンダラとカラフルな仏の岩絵を見ることができます。

午前中、ラサからシガツェまで車で移動します。途中、ガンパラ峠（4790m）を越えると、ヤムドロクツォ（4400m）が垣間見えます。湖は雪を頂いた多くの山々に囲まれており、この距離からは、ラサ近郊で最も高い山、聖なるニェンチェン カンサール山 (7191 メートル) の素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます。

その後、道端のコロラ氷河を通り過ぎて楽しみます。マナクダム湖では、シミラ山峠に祈願旗を掲げることができます。

その後、歴史的にチベットで 3 番目に大きい都市 (ラサ、シガツェに次ぐ) ギャンツェに到着します。ギャンツェでは、有名なペルコール僧院とギャンツェ クンブムを訪れ、ギャンツェ要塞の遠景をお楽しみください。 1時間半のドライブの後、チベット第二の都市シガツェに到着しました。シガツェでは、伝統的な大麦工場を訪れ、大麦畑の風景を眺めることができます（夏）。

午前中はパンチャン・ラマの故郷であるタシルンポ僧院を訪問します。保存状態の良い世界最大のジャンパ（未来の神）像を見ることができます。僧院自体は歴代のペンチェン・ラマ僧の居住地となっている。その後、亜龍渓谷をたどってラサに戻り、ガイドがホテルまでお送りします。

5.00My first time being to Tibet. Our tour guide Tsering Phuntsok has made this trip so much easier and eye-opening for us. He has good communication skill, fluent English and was able to explain us Tibetan culture, history and religion in depth. One of our group member has high-attitude symptoms, and Tsering was able to make the journey schedule flexible and keep us safe. Will definitely come back again for longer trip to this lovely place with cute people.

5.00I booked directly with Tibet vista. The pre-experience with my personal assistant was very good, everything went smooth and quick. All information and details given. The Tour operator picked me up from the airport, everything went perfectly. The Tour destinations exclusive, interesting and traditional. The hotels very good, you could choose if 3 or 4 stars, with breakfast buffet included. The destinations were beautiful, lots of culture, history and nature. A big thank you to my tour guide Choezom, she was very professional, caring, helpful and attentive. The tour experience without her would not have been the same, as she cared a lot about the well-being of the participants, very responsible and efficient. You could always count on her, happy to have had her as my guide. I can recommend this tour and especially Tibet Vista and the guide very much.

5.00I recently joined this 5-day tour, starting with the iconic train ride from Xining to Lhasa (Z8981) and extending all the way to Shigatse. It was an extraordinary experience that perfectly balanced historical exploration with authentic local life. Seamless Logistics and Warm Welcome The logistics were handled with professional precision. From the passport checks at the station to the airport transfers for my flights back via Chengdu and Shanghai (CA4402/4509), everything was seamless. I especially appreciated the flexible station pickup in Lhasa, which made the arrival at high altitude completely stress-free. A Deep Dive into Tibetan History The itinerary was exceptionally well-curated. Beyond the majestic Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple, visiting the great monasteries of Drepung and Sera provided a profound look into Tibetan Buddhism. Walking through Barkhor Street and spending time in a local sweet tea house felt like a true cultural immersion rather than just typical sightseeing. Participating in local folk activities at Lukhang Park was also a unique highlight. Stunning Scenery and Shigatse Exploration The journey to Shigatse via Yamdrok Lake offered some of the most breathtaking views I have ever seen. The turquoise waters of the sacred lake are unforgettable. In Shigatse, the Tashilhunpo Monastery and the vibrant local markets offered a fascinating contrast to Lhasa, filled with history and local energy. Excellent Guide and Authentic Flavors The Tibetan dinner and tea experiences were fantastic. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, bringing the complex history of each site to life with insightful explanations. For anyone looking for an efficient, well-organized, and intellectually stimulating journey through Tibet, I cannot recommend this tour highly enough. A truly 5-star experience!

5.00The guides were very informative , particularly TinTin who made the whole trip informative, fun and exciting. The hotels were all amazing and the cultural experience with the master- Mr. Kunga was a highlight(got to write my name in Tibetan calligraphy, which is the best souvenirs). Would recommend for a once in a lifetime experience

He really looked after us and responded to our needs. He has excellent English and is a caring and enthusiastic tour guide. We both highly recommend him.
